I noticed that you changed your listing for Transformers Movie Toys TMT-04 Optimus Prime to Super Transformers Studio STS-01 Optimus Prime.

I noticed that my preorder still says Transformers Movie Toys TMT-04 Optimus Prime, but when I click on the link, it goes to the Super Transformers Studio STS-01 Optimus Prime listing.

I just wanted to make sure that won't be an issue.

Is this the same 30cm model kit/figure at 1:22? The joint example seems to be a soft ratchet:

 

Yeah, that appears to be it and that is a ratchet. The only difference is the frame of Prime doesn't look as bulky in the joints so either it has some small ratchets hiding or it only has friction joints. These models are pretty amazing! I didn't know of the brand til they popped up on ShowZ. I'm sure they're pricey anyway but I'm guessing getting them already painted is what's putting them over a thousand. Their Starscream and Soundwave look amazing as well. It would be nice if they had some die cast parts which still wouldn't justify the price since die casting is actually a cheap process but hey, it makes you feel like your getting more for your money 

Edit: after seeing video of the final mold and assembly of joints on Optimus there is not any ratchet joints. I had no idea that these 4 designs were created, 3D printed, and brought to low volume production by one guy! That's some amazing talent and dedication! I hope what he is doing will grow so more people can enjoy his work at a not as expensive price point.

 

Hello fellow showz consumers.
I am having a bit of trouble with an order and wanted to have your opinions about how it is being handled.

I made the mistake of pre ordering 2 sets of the last 2 mst stunticons (legend figure) 1blast year and another 1 week before its release.
I quickly realise my mistake and asked for a cancel/refund.
The showz guy acknowledged my demand but I recieved 2 days later the notification that both sets was shipped.

Showz asked if I wanted points and keep them and since I wanted a real refund he told me that I have to keep the item until they sell it to some one and then I suppose I ll have to ship it to the new customers.
Is it a normal process did any of you was in the same situation?

Yup totally normal. They will list it as a "sample" in your country on the site and then when it sells you ship it to its new home. Then just message them with the cost of shipping and they will refund you. That's how it went for me a while back anyway.

I’ve had a couple occasions where I had an issue with a figure and they sold it to somebody in my country and I shipped it to them. Got refunded the shipping. ShowZ customer service is pretty good to work with sorting it out.

 

Another perfect transaction. Everything came wrapped and boxed perfectly. Can't wait to form the mighty mini Menasor later today!! Thanks again @ShowZStore

Most likely have to wait for the fourth release. The third release happened around May 2019 and has been in stock for more than a year afterwards. I'm surprised it was in stock for so long since most third party toys don't last that long on the shelves. ShowZ must have ordered a bunch of copies.
