Found the Disney+ wave minus Vision today at one of my local Walmart stores. They need to slow down on these releases. I feel like I just got the Shang Chi and Villains waves. Need to hunt down Vision so I can put Captain America’s wings together. At first look, Loki is my least favorite of this wave. Favorite is a toss up between Wanda and Sam
Originally I painted the ark reactor but it started chipping. Didn't realize that blue piece was rubber. You can pop that thing out with a toothpick. Found some 9mm push pins. The yellow one matched perfectly. Took the pin off the ball and shaved it down via dremel. Widened the chest hole a bit and popped it in. No glue necessary.
Wow, I actually like the new Omega Red paint apps better. At least on the body and head. The tentacles, not so much.
Why the heck would it be that Target was able to ship me every figure in the Disney+ wave except Baron Zemo of all things? I'd have expected a delay with Wanda or Bucky, not him. I'm sure the order will be fulfilled, just so odd.
Definitely Rhodey. That figure’s awesome. I don’t use the effect pieces much, but it’s still good to have them regardless. Plus he looks great with the 80th Iron Man mold
Honestly it would be cheaper to buy the set and sell the other 4 you don’t want. I’d imagine they will all have demand since they are all exclusive. Other than Omega Red, anyway.
The red version of that figure is the one figure I can use on any shelf - TF, SW, GIJ, ML - and he just adds that extra special something. Love it.
I did want the original red figure but had little interest in Negasonic so I passed on the 2pack. Slight regret as I kinda wanted the unicorn . But im happy enough. Although a pair of thumbs up hands would have been stellar. Here's Deadpool causing some shenanigans.....
If Deathstrike was included in that Wolvie set, it's a winner. But I don't need Callisto and that Hellfire Club dude. Cyber is a meh for since I always see him a big huncho like a BAF Venom bruiser. And that Omega Red? Aside from MvC & toybiz retro toy, which comic artwork came with Omega's white & red boots scheme? Coz I see some old artwork he wears white and sometimes red. In the Animated cartoon series, he wears red.
Belated, but I was startled those reveals we'd been getting turned out to be for a gift set instead of a wave. I wonder if the gift set would've had more oomph if the figures (Wolverine aside, who we'd learned about a bit earlier) were revealed simultaneously. It wouldn't make it less random, but it'd be a lot at once, instead of it seeming like a wave reveal was being dragged out and setting us up for a little disappointment (no BAF or retro packaging). Still, it's nice they offered some reveals to unconventional outlets. This does make me wonder if Excalibur will actually be a wave, or will it still turn out to be a box set (I hope not for SDCC). I'd been thinking that Excalibur would be the next Amazon big gift set, then this thing gets announced.
