I doubt it, I'm not sure how much effort they'd be willing to go through to have the other 2 remolds and repainted Skywarp actually combine with nothing seemingly hinting towards that, plus I can't imagine who they would remold for Tripredacus

Also I thought maybe if they would remold anyone for Lio Jr., it would be Cheetor, just out of not being bigger than Santon

That’s why I bowed out of Star Wars. People complain about not being able to find Transformers, somehow SW figures get cleared out in the back room or by one guy who need 1 to display, 1 in box, and so he takes the entire case that is never restocked. I’ve actually seen this happen before.

 

i'll admit that i dont know much about how the tf team is structured but i highly doubt one guy gets majority say on which characters/continuities happen, im sure they have some input and can get some characters to happen but people's perception of what they can do reminds me when every now and then their would be arguments about whether or not john warden himself was preventing non g1 stuff from happening

 

What's the better alternative (that has ankle articulation).... There's Delta Magnus, but his inner Prime is not Fantastic. I'd be all for a new Bendy Prime repaint, if they decided to do Bendy Prime or even a newly molded SS BB Movie Prime.

 

Power Rangers is getting that way too. People are obsessed with MMPR and nostalgia stuff, meanwhile the Sentai material (which Hasbro is now severing PR from) is doing cool new things with mecha that we'll never get.

 

MMPR is the G1 of Power Rangers....

And I'm ok with that!

 

Honestly I'd rather get that deco from the Kingdom Magnus mold

 

Wait for the "nostalgia cycle" to make a new Optimus mold inspired by the classics one, settle for repurposing the inner bot of Delta Magnus (if they ever actually make him), or just hope the original classics mold isn't dust by this point and they could reissue it. We don't want classic G1 characters to be "good enough" repaints, I'd rather not have Magna, who's sole depiction has been that classics mold and looks damn good with it, just be relegated to cheap repaint hell.

That would require Hasbro to remember Delta Magnus is a thing and finally make him. Here's hoping it happens sooner rather than later.
