    I got a replacement part for Gigapower Gaudenter (improved feet) and was given a tracking number. I also submitted an after sales ticket for STC-01NB which had a broken tab in the missile - she said she would ship it as soon as she gets the replacement from the factory. I never got a tracking number, but this morning I just got a notice from USPS that I have a package on its way from China - judging from the date it was sent, I think this may be the replacement piece. I didn't get the tracking number but I'm confident they'll take care of me.

    TLDR ShowZ after sales support is wonderful.

    dumb question, i know on showz the badcube said no refunds on the deposits, but do you still get the points? Im keeping my Huff preorder but not the bugs. Ill happily take points

    On my preorder for the bugs I have an option that says cancel for points so you should get points.

    I'm in a similar situation with Chomp. It has a $15 non-refundable deposit and my order page only gives the option to cancel without the points. IDK if you or I could contact them and get the points but it's likely that you'd lose it. Hope i'm wrong.

    @MV Steve Did you pre-order them when the PO price was low or after they went up to $10+? I pre-ordered them early when it was cheap to do so and I can get points back but the people who PO'd after the deposit went up might not be able to.

    I'd like to think the wording on the cancel links for some of these were not typed out completely/properly because I dont see why anyone order/preorder in this business should not allow you store credit points if you want to cancel. Honestly that would be absolutely ridiculous to straight up keep someone's money on something they haven't fully purchased yet.

    I preordered the day it went up. I didn't realize they have had a price increase and the deposit amount is $30 now so that's a good point. But still, if you put down $30 and decided to cancel, it should never be a problem that your money stays with the store to spend on something else, not lose it all together. This is definitely something all customers could use specific clarification on from @ShowZStore

    Does anyone knows any update to the Gigapower Grassor got shipped back to China? i ordered and it was shipped on May 10th and got shipped back the week after. Now still haven't even shipped out yet. ... Dam i ordered all 5 from them i hope i didn't get screwed over... Is been over a month now @ShowZStore

    Ah right, I think it was today or yesterday they posted on here about it and said the customs stuff. It was recent anyway but some have definitely been posted out for a second time. They aren't always that quick getting things in stock posted as one order took 7-8 days for me before I got confirmation. But they might just be having a big back log or such at the moment. They'll get it sent, don't worry

    For DDD pre orders, good to cancel and get points anytime before we ask balance.

    For non-DDD pre-orders, we need to give deposit to factory and we can't get it back if we cancel the order. So generally non-DDD pre-order's deposit is not ok to refund.
    But you can still contact us to see if it's ok to cancel and convert them into points, we can help you convert them in most cases.

    ShowZ already replied and said they could probably work something out.

    But it's pretty standard for websites to have Non-refundable Deposits, that includes not being able to convert it to store credit. (BBTS and Sideshow have them for most of their higher end/collectible items.) Thankfully, ShowZ doesn't have it for 99.9999% of their items. Everything that is not marked as NRD can be cancelled without having to submit a help ticket or anything else. A major bonus and probably an inconvenience for ShowZ...but that's another reason why they are awesome.
