Can those little claw grabber things be lowered, or do they just slide side to side?

Can the Dia-Nauts limbs be swapped to mix up the colors, as they look a bit monochromatic.

Yes you can, but be careful. Better to soak them in warm-ish water first before dismembering them,
just to avoid any stress-mark(s)

They've done a Shadow redeco of most of the Triberse figures. So this is meant to match those.

 

This Convoy Shadow does NOT come with the trailer, correct? But DA-65 did, yes?

Not to derail this thread, but a dad PSA: I think one of the coolest things about these diaclone releases are the modularity and interchangeable play pattern. That said, I can’t justify the cost for myself, let alone my kiddos. If you like modular builds, but want something a bit more military than lego, I highly recommend Snap Ships. The individual sets are cool, but start putting two or three together and it gets crazy. My kid loves them and I would have mowed so many lawns in the 80s if something like that were available. They aren’t a direct descendant of Diaclone, but they have some of its DNA in them. There is a cleverness to the play pattern and thought somebody on this thread might be interested.

 

Hence the lower price point. Which is perfect for me cost wise. Plus the darker tone looks great!
