For those whose items are being returned by Chinese customs, does the return journey appear in the tracking?

I’d understand if it doesn’t since it might be classed as a different delivery at that stage. The last entry on my tracking is ‘Shanghai, return to proper cast’.

 

Yup that's it! Next is to receive a new tracking number from ShowZ when it's been reshipped. I was told they were being shipped out again this week. I received the "return to the proper cast" message on the 20th so 8 days ago and I guess that's been enough time for it to make it back for round 2. I hope this does not turn into a "third time's a charm" thing.

 

Thanks. I am hoping they use a new delivery method for the redeliveries, after all the Sal packages seem to go through. I mean, this will be third time for you? Yikes.

 

So what exactly would I get if I bought this? Is it weird that I want to?

How long does it take for the purchased points to show in your account? Was hoping it was automated but maybe a Show.Z employee needs to "ship" them to my account.

 

Lol! Sorry I mean I hope it doesn't end up taking a third time for it to get delivered. It's going out for the second time. Someone did post that theirs did get returned a second time so it just made me wonder how this will go.

I think Show.Z does need to "ship the points" or something before they appear in your account. I gave it a try and I got my 3% points immediately, but a couple hours later the other points haven't appeared yet.

 

Some pretty good sales on right now. I picked up D&D Overload and Scrapper shipped for $47 CAD, which is basically the price of Scrapper new here.

 

Looks like I grabbed their last Jinbao OS Feral Rex / Predaking.

I know its not the greatest, but $104 shipped for what's basically gonna be a statue on my combiner shelf.... i'll take it  

 

So shipping lately has been great from Show.Z until my Zeta Toys Superion arrived yesterday. The box itself was wrapped in layers of bubblewrap which was the first I have seen from them. Unfortunately at some point water got into the bubble wrap and just destroyed the box and the figures inside were all damp when I got them unpackaged. Have everything laid out to air dry but no way of knowing if there is long term damage. Already sent feedback to Kelsi.

 

He puts it in the description, it is 1 day. I bought them yesterday and they have appeared to me today.

I can't for the life of me find where to enter the promo code. Tried the site and on the paypal page. Can someone direct me to that promo code text box?

Edit: I found it. In the shopping cart after "Proceed Checkout" in between the paypal image and option to apply points.

 

It's well hidden, isn't it. I went up and down that checkout page searching for the coupon code until I spotted it hidden in the middle of everything else. Definitely don't watn to move on to step 3 and fully check-out without the code in there.

 

I'll echo a few testimonies that shipping from Show.Z has significantly improved in the last month or so. I had 2 orders shipped recently, one on May 14th and another on May 18th. Both arrived simultaneously today (May 28th), well packaged with very little wear on the product packaging, if any at all. IMO, 2 weeks (or less) to deliver to the east coast of the US via free shipping is exactly what the doctor ordered. Let's hope this keeps up.

 

Holy shit, this happened to me, too. I ordered the Zeta coneheads and they were packed just like that, all wrapped in a big ball of bubblewrap, and the whole thing got wet somehow. I thought it was just the outside at first, but it was way down into the bubblewrap/packaging. About half of each jet box was soggy cardboard that just kind of fell away as I was unwrapping the mess. The foam and figures inside seem okay though. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics because I was pissed and just wanted this wet wad of trash out of my house. I haven't e-mailed customer service, but the whole experience has turned me off from ordering from them again.

 

In their defense, this treatment of letting packages get soaked is on the shipping company. It does bring up the question though, what measures if any should be taken for water proofing? To me it's kind of the same if a store here in the U.S. mails a package in a normal box taping the seams and USPS or UPS decides to let a pallet of deliveries get soaked, so who's at fault? In another thread a guy with experience working for China post said frequently pallets of packages would be left outside to be loaded even when a heavy storm is moving through and it's up to the regular postal workers to load them and they end up getting soaked.
