I've just bought the 3 Zeta Coneheads and they look amazing. Can't wait to get these to finish the Seeker set.

Does anyone know if the display stands are being sold anywhere?

Probably gonna cave and get these to replace my MP Seekers, just because they look so much better, plus I like the feet, hip skirts/groin, and hands!

These guys have a waste swivel as far as I've read here. Any other cool articulation?

How are everyone's TW coneheads holding up?

Yeah, it comes down to one thing--they're too big. Otherwise I'd replace my TT Seekers with these. I would never expect Zeta to shrink these down, as they were never meant to match actual MP sized figures. But it would have been nice.

Also... are these things Studio Ox influenced like other TW/Zeta mp figures? Or just real-world influenced?

Edit: yes they are... the turbines on the chest are on ox reference. I'm not sure if anything else is.

I wish more of the MP seeker options had feet like these, though without the ball joints. The toe panel of MP-11 and MT just look so bad to me. MP-52 does have better feet than the others, but I still prefer this style.

I expect they will be shorter than the MP Megatron options out there (at the head), and that is good enough for me at least. I might be wrong though. I'm just estimating based on a comparison with the TW Coneheads and Megatron and guessing where the non-Cone head will end up.

No, they'll basically be eye to eye with MP-36. That's okay for me, but YMMV.

Still solid and I've screwed with all three fairly constantly. More fun to handle than MT Screamer and they make the craptastic official ones look like ko's.

The only bummer I see is that we don't have a tall enough MP shockwave as I always reckoned shockwave should be taller/bigger than SS.

Do you mean the brand new official seeker mold or the older ones? I do like the mold just before the brand new ones coming out, but I agree these are still better in most ways.

The old seeker and conehead moulds, the earlier releases were janky and I assume mould degradation helped make the coneheads the absolute messes they were at release.

Gotcha. I have one of the KO screamers and dig him, but yeah there are definitely flaws. I heard the official versions and coneheads had some qc issues.

Yeah, it varied between them but they were all a product of their time issues wise. The ko's later on though in some cases had a few improvements over the base releases, it's been a long time since I owned him but I used to have a Yes model Thindercracker that was nice. Official coneheads especially were a mess across the board being floppy and things not fitting and in Thrusts case specifically the torso refusing to sit right, at over £130 they were insulting.

Yeah its really yes model version i have. Works well enough for now. But yeah, I'd say these zeta ones are currently the top of the list of best mp seekers in my books. Everything else is way too toon and boring af RE detailing.
