Saaaay! I never thought of using the armored forearm pieces as hand covers! That's no bad!

 

Did anyone preorder Magnus from Target, only to have the item delayed multiple times? I pre-ordered back on Dec 6 (they had a $10 toy promotion)with a delivery in April, which was then delayed to May and now June. At this point, my credit card will expire before it gets charged for this.

 

That kind of fixes everything!!

I just really want a Delta Magnus repaint from the Kingdom mold.

 

It certainly helps a lot. It kinda makes me wonder is they could have made some extending forearms or something to hide the hands.

 

All they had to do is carve a cavity and allow the hands to swivel inward on a pin. Unlike some fans, I don't really mind visible wrist cavities if it means not dealing with visible fists in truck mode.

 

Agreed, makes the vehicle mode significantly better in my opinion

 

I'm not too sure that would work. The fists are pretty big so you'd have to make the hands smaller or the forearms a bit too big. Honestly I think they could have just left the cab further back in the trailer like the Siege toy and it would have been fine. I tried the Kingdom cab in the Siege trailer and I thought it looked good still. Too bad the shades of blue don't match or I'd do a mix and match XD

 

That's kind of what Target does. Unfortunately, there is probably a decent chance they'll eventually cancel your order.

I’ve been seeing a lot of Kingdom Ultra Magnus at both Walmart and Target. Seems that saturation is hitting for the figure, which is good.

 

I wouldn't buy it, but I would still like to see it exist. The cab robot should be called Magna Convoy.

 

I would also like a Powered Convoy repaint. With a bonus figure painted as the buggy.

 

Powered Convoy/Delta Magnus would be the only way I buy the Kingdom mould.

 

They’d probably repaint Power of The Primes Beachcomber into Powered Buggy.

 

Definitely an improvement, but the smokestacks are still in the center, there's the awful gaps near his hips, and the hinges for the shoulders are still eye sores. Still, at least this now has the illusion of being a truck and not just a poorly concealed robot sitting down.

 

Reminded myself that the Legends Magna Convoy existed and kicked myself for not pouncing on that one, so it gives me all the more reason to want a Delta Magnus...

(Maybe via Legacy? Or Legacy's Selects line?)

 

Please just let the Kingdom Magnus mould and this thread die.
