Wunderbar dood! Once you build up enough keratin in those digits I'm looking forward to seeing some of your photos here! Anyway glad to read everybody slowly but surely getting there figures in the mail. I'm perilously leaning on one side of the fence right now on a decision to buy this cat.

got mine the other day, awesome looking figure. Unfortunately mine came with two left hands for holding the guns.

Thats three 3rd party figures in a row with the wrong pieces shipped to me from ShowZ, hah! Not their fault at all, just funny to me. I'll have to email them about it soon

Yeah, no help. The magnets were inserted to face the grip toward his butt. Didn't matter which gun was on which side.
Since he makes a big show of reaching across himself in the show to 'holster' them, I needed him to match.

Fortunately, a quick and easy job. Open the thighs, use another strong magnet to pull out his magnets, flip them over, close it all up.

I had to use a thin blade. I'm not pushing them back in all the way.

I'm pretty sure you just needed to swap the sides dude. Each gun had the magnet in the opposite way. I can have the guns pointed in either direction just by swapping the guns on either side.

I used an exacto to pop them out. I really just think the paint cured them in place.
Once I popped both panels, they open and close with ease!

Think I didn't try that? Magnet orientation wouldn't allow it. The job's done now, anyway

edit: Okay, you did manage to get my dander up. It's clear the factory didn't do the magnets the same in every copy. And since I'm unwilling to open the guns (which are oriented the same, in my case), they won't be flip-floppable like that.

I'm just confused though. Was it only on one side was the problem? If ONE side had the magnet flipped, then I can see not being able to have both guns face the same way. If BOTH guns are faced the wrong way, swapping the guns WOULD make them point the right way.

Like, I legit don't understand. I'm super confused.

Yeah, I'm puzzled by this too. Neither gun is specifically for left and right... unless there's something I'm missing it shouldn't matter which side the magnet is on the gun, you can put it on either thigh to have the gun grip facing in or not.

Just to clarify, in case anyone else is having the same problem:

    Here the guns are forward:

And now, just by swapping the sides the guns are on, here they are backwards:

If the guns are facing the wrong way, just swap the guns and you are fine.

Wish it came with 2 cassette tapes. Having another slot without a tape is a slight bummer.

Depending on magnet orientation, swapping the guns might not work.

I guarantee you can't stick your guns to each other in the same direction.

And video, if that's not sufficient. MAH03678 GIF | Gfycat

And here's what's really going on:
    magnets1.jpg
Your magnet orientation - gun swapping easy.

My magnet orientation. If handles forward or backward bugs anyone, open the thighs, use a strong magnet to pull the imbedded magnets, and flip each one over. Easy peasy!
    Physics, kids!

I'm sorry you felt like I was talking down to you. I was confused, and was trying to understand. Now I understand. Chill dude.

Mine came the other day but I haven’t opened it yet. I guess I might want to check for anything defective....

Hey, sorry I missed this question- I stopped getting updated on this thread for some reason.
    This is my stand
    [IMG]
I wouldn’t expect the other suggestion to support WD due to the grabber being held to the Rod with friction whereas mine is screwed firmly to the top so there’s no possibility of sliding. I also think the flexible rod itself is stronger and intended for heavier hot toys like die cast Iron Mans.

I do wish this came with proper instructions. Went back to tinkering with this, and its like, I don't even know if I have this right:

But yeah, I didn't even know about the gun magnets until this thread, but hey, good news they're on the correct side:

But hey, here's a sniper rifle:
