doubtful. People thought the same thing for fans fest and what did we get? Wave three of kingdom and a couple exclusives. Expect the minimum so you’re not disappointed

I never thought I’d be collecting Sharkticons but here we are..

 

wonder if I'll ever see a Sharkticon, I never saw an Allicon at retail, pretty sure I saw every other figure at least 1 time (though most only 1 time).
(they should seriously do full-case releases of those guys for the speciality retailers like they've done with some of the Star Wars Black Series army builders)

Disappointed they're sticking with Slug, early listings made it sound like he'd be back to Slag, at least in the US.

 

same. I’m not disappointed in myself but I do look at all of mine(6 TR gnaws 1 legends sharkiticon, 1 pit pack, 2 ironhide guards and 4 allicons) and say “army building is really unnecessary”

 

That's good for you but I have not seen a single SS86 figure in any of my local stores, hell NONE of the stores that have Transformers in a 30 mile radius of where I live got Earthrise Waves 2 or 3 and that is 12 stores of varying franchises, big name stores and mom & pop shops.

Some of local stores just got Wave 1 of Kingdom last week and SSBB Starscream, like I am talking 20+ Screamers at half of them which is ironic since I do not want that figure at all.

 

Slag will always be Slag to me.

as for Gnaw, it’s be cool if they came in a 3pack at leader price. Otherwise I might just get 1 & consider it the alpha leader of all the more recent Sharkticons…

Its derogatory I don’t really see them putting 3 $20-$22 figures at a $50 price point taking up a leader spot. If they did a bundle it’d still be $60.

 

I never saw the Allicon or the quintesson at retail. Only ever saw Scourge once (I’ve seen Hot Rod a bunch of times now).

I always order anything I definitely want online for this reason. Although over all these lines have had more in store presence than a lot of Tformers.

 

A sharkticon better than Cyberverse Gnaw? Tell me more

 

I saw wave 2 for months, wave 3 only once, guess even I got lucky there and a quint only once and got him. I live in a city with 8 targets and 8-10 Walmarts so I’ll admit I don’t have issues mostly with finding stuff

 

Still on the fence about Gnaw. I am not a fan of troopbuilding a figure that will cost about 30-35€ in Europe. And I already got like 6 TR Gnaws and their repaints.
From the description translucent eyes... TR ones had that too. At least this one has a gun, not just mace. I would love though if they came with a background that could be combined with the Quintesson Pit's courtroom to make the pit part bigger.

Damn the stupid brits and their made-up curse words. I want Slag to be called Slag again. Slugs are disgusting, slimy, shell-less snails. Why would you name a giant fire breathing Triceratops that? Ah well, I will call him Slag same as always, of course.

 

kinda interested to see Gnaw. The last few have been nice for how simple they are so a larger more collector focused one has my interest only to see how they add to it.

 

Same here, I preordered Wave 2 from Kapow and then had to wait ages for it to get here... After that, people saw Wave 2 in Müllers and a few toys made it to webshops, but of course the Allicons never did. So much about troopbuilding them.  

 

Man, I said to myself I would be done with my TF collecting impulses by only getting the Studio Series versions of Devastator and the 2007 Transformers movie cast... but I read the news about the upcoming SS ROTF figures (Sideswipe, Jolt, a very possible Sideways, Grindor+Ravage) and immediately bought Skipjack, Jetfire and the Arcee, Chromia and Elita-1 pack. So I found an excuse to expand my collection to 2007 movie PLUS the ROTF cast. And I'm getting Grindor just for Ravage.
