Your best bet is buying the set and selling the armor for -$30 what you paid. That seems to already be happening on ebay

 

Can confirm. Literally just did this. Bought for $95, kept Minimus, sold the rest for $65.

 

Hi I would like to know if there are also others who have the same issue as mine. Here's the info:

So I got a first release(?) via Pre-Order from a Local Store in my country. I received my copy by the end of February. I thoroughly scanned the figure I got and was glad that there were no issues. But after about two months of having the figure, I regularly transforming it/posing it, I noticed cracks appearing on the fingers and hands.

The cracks on the fingers appear along the pegs, and the cracks on the hand appear where the ball joints are, I felt as though the fingers were 3D Printed because the plastic is a bit brittle. And I was surprised when the hand broke after applying a bit of pressure, and was convinced that the hand was 3D printed.

Then the post connecting the upper body to the waist snapped, and I "operated" on my figure, and managed to "fix" the issue without loosing the waist articulation and transformation. I had extra plastic cement and plastic plates because I am also a bit of a GunPla fan as well.

I would add pictures but it does not look good, and I was unable to document the cracks before trying to fix mine.

 

Am I missing something or is the forwards/backwards joint on the feet practically useless?

I don't know if it's angle you took the shot or if you touched up the photo but I like the raised eyebrow look going on there.

 

Despite their slow shipping, and always getting figures way after everyone else, they’ve been good with getting replacements. Got a whole new NA Bombshell when my original was shipped with 2 left upper legs.

 

I assume Minimus Ambus can't fit inside the larger figure in either mode, right?

 

He fits inside the chest cavity of the robot mode for the armour, albeit after assuming some kind of awkward yoga pose. There's also room to fit him in the lower platform of the alt mode, which has him mostly obscured thus technically "inside" though not really. The instructions outline both, as do all of the reviews I saw prior to purchase.

 

Been looking forward to this guy... and I finally got him yesterday, via eBay. WOOT!

Oh man, was it this guy? weihaike1982 on eBay Because I'd noticed he'd listed EX-44 at a suspiciously but somewhat probable low price. And I rolled the dice on Master Made's Devastator from him figuring it was a scam, but imagine the glory if it was just mispriced? And now they've got all sorts of negative feedback rolling in and delisted everything and it's kind of hilarious, honestly. The whole thing collapsed like a day after I decided to gamble on an order from them.

 

No... seller was guang1121. Had 1,000 feedback & positive feedback on this specific item.... all sales are already pulled from the user & feedback made "private"... which shouldn't be allowed. Price was "good", but not "too good to be true". I have a feeling these sellers get around 1000 positive feedback, rip off everyone they can... then move on to the next account, which is probably already started. I'll get MY money back... but I doubt eBay will. All in all though, I've had good luck with Chinese sellers on eBay. Been scammed twice total now... the other was an American who bought a Fansproject Nemisis Commander Trailer from me, returned it, but put a battery-operated Mecha-Godzilla toy in the box instead of the trailer. Been 10 years & my kids still play with that Godzilla toy... guess it was worth it in the end.

The part I posted... the one I got instead of what I ordered... what's it for? Looks like a shoulder-mount for Sideswipe or something. It's got no peg, looks like it fits over something.

 

Yeah, this is my first scam. But I went into it recognizing the price was too good to be true and either a mis-priced item or, more likely, a scam. I know eBay will make it good in the end, so it's kind of amusing to see just how quickly the whole thing fell apart. And like you I've had a decent amount of success buying from chinese buyers on eBay. If you're still wanting Maximus Ambus and don't want to wait on an eBay seller I'm pretty sure The Chosen Prime has them in stock still.
