    I ordered the XTB Swarm 3-Pack from Show.Z at the end of March. They shipped out on 06 April 2021.. and the final update was 09 April 2021.

    I reached out to Show.Z earlier this week via their "Aftersales" tab on the upper banner menu.

    I completed the online form...

    Does anyone know how long it typically takes for a representative to respond?

    It's been a while since I needed to contact them about an issue (the last time I had an issue, might have been during the "rubadubspawn" days), but they were usually lightning fast in responding.

    However, its been a few days now... and I'm getting a bit concerned.

    So I have two orders shipped by SAL from ShowZ and both are having problems...

    Zeta Superitron: 70 days in transit so far when it was supposed to be delivered in 30-60. 56 days without an update to tracking. It entered the SAL abyss on 3/19... I reported the problem and I was told to just wait. :redface2: 

    Gigapower Grassor: Only 7 days into the trip and tracking says it's been returned (to IDK where) before it even left China. :peoples: 

    Why is SAL shipping so utterly and completely shit? I understand slowness to an extent but this is getting excessive. Sorry for the complaining but I needed to. This is beyond frustrating to me. :banghead:

    I had a couple things I had to use the after sales for recently, it took a few days to get back but they did.

    I think it's due to the almost-weeklong holiday last week, and they're getting back to everything this week. I reached out due to the damage on my MS Shockwave and haven't heard back. So, they're probably still catching up.

    I thought aftersales was for missing/broken stuff. I always use the contact link associated with the order. Like, go to your orders or preorders page and you'll see Contact (mine says David) and go from there. I get a response within a day/day and a half. You just have to keep going back to look because there's no email notification of a response.

    Some of us have orders missing since 3/19 and are on day 56 (and counting) of waiting with no update. I'm not blaming you BTW, so don't take this as hostility towards you.

    I wonder exactly how long ShowZ thinks we should have to wait?

    I received an order last Saturday that had a misassembled part and contacted through my order as well as filled out the after sales service application and I had a response Monday the 10th from Kelsi through the order and another response Tuesday the 11th from Jane in after sales saying the issue was already recorded and if further info was required they would email. 1 to 2 days but on a straight forward issue. Might be a little longer if they are looking into the order because it's a shipping issue.

    Kelsi rocks. Always replies within a day or two.

    My understanding is that SAL currently averages 50 some-odd days, but could take as long as 90.

    Both my Zeta Metallic Superion & Toyworld Cel-shaded Constructor each took about 45 days ordereed-to-received in the US with free/SAL shipping.

    The only gripe I had is my Constructor didn’t come with Whiskey Jack/Wheeljack, which I guess was an oversight as it’s a separately boxed bonus. I contacted ShowZ support & asked if they could just ship the missing item with my incoming Grassor, which they agreed to do. :cool:

    I'm in the 3/19 club as well. I understand that once it's out of their hands they're at the mercy of the shipping company, but I'm hoping they've contacted them and can provide a "Yes it's lost" or "Here's your reasonable ETA" soon.

    I might be too literal here, but aside from a month of radio silence... are these two circumstances...

    It looks like my XTB Swarm pack has been preparing to ship for 34 days.

    And the gods only know how long it might be stuck in Customs if it ever arrives on this continent.

    But the alternative does not really boost my confidence.

    If an airline departed 30 to 40 days ago, and all tracking disappeared... I would assume the Bermuda Triangle was involved.

    Seems to have left China on the 20th April, also confirmed on Royal Mail tracking app, yet there are also multiple mentions of "the airline departs" six times in as many days, anyone know what this means?

    I've been in touch via show.z website and have been told its fine and just to wait, just seems odd.

    Flying your bot over piece by piece?

    This last order I received on Saturday the 8th showed shipment release from 4-8 then showed it popped up in Compton, CA on 5-3 and stayed that way til the morning of delivery on 5-8 suddenly filling in numerous stops/scans that I would have expected to get as they happened. This happened on both 17 Track and USPS. There is a ridiculous amount of problems with these shipping systems.
