Thanks that’s helpful! What if I don’t have a chainsaw? What other options should I try? I don’t want to crack the peg.

I recently ordered the Energon Axe for my Earthrise Prime from them. A bit more expensive than I’d like but there are lots of options, although I’m mainly interested in the arm attachment.

A bit worried about the connection as previous weapons I’ve bought from them have had too wide pegs. I tend not to order from them for that reason, but I haven’t been able to find a suitable axe elsewhere. It’s okay, I’ll just make sure I have a file on standby.

Amusingly it’s going cheaper than the centurion pack axe I recently saw on eBay. (£20 at end of auction.)

 

Fit issues aside, does anyone know if Earthrise Optimus can use the Matrix Workshop Voyager Ion Blaster? Or anyone have any pictures of him with it?

Hmm, looks like it has the same issue I had with the Siege Prime Ion Blaster. The handle being too short for Earthrise Primes hand for my tastes. I'll have to think on that some more before I commit. Thanks for the help!

 

The MW axe is not meant for ER OP. After filing down the peg to fit more comfortably, it won't be properly centered relative to the forearm. You can rotate it, though.

Hmm. Thanks for the feedback. I think because of the similarities between Siege and Earthrise, it’s easy to overlook how different they actually are, particularly the hands.

Hoping that the different axe configurations will provide something decent at least, even if the arm attachment won’t work properly. Looks like he might end up wielding it the old fashioned way after all.

Edit- or I could just give it to Siege. I have him also, although I see ER as my, er primary voyager scaled Prime.

... And I dunno. I kinda don't like it. The hilt looks too scrawny?

I've got their Elita combine sword and gave it to Menasor and think it looks better than this.

Well, if Studio Series Wreck-Gar doesn't come packed with his decelerator laser, I don't see any reason why they shouldn't.

I don't really know that Gnaw needs three more tails, though.
I read G1 Gnaw is most frequently found missing his tail flail, maybe Matrix Workshop are anticipating everybody will need spares for Studio Series Gnaw?
