I'm too lazy to go looking through all the TransArt threads, I may have misremembered. Feels like TM Megatron is the most logical figure to move onto though for the first Pred.

I will say, missing tape or no, he displays and poses insanely well. I wanted to hate him for parts forming, but he's just too solid a toy for the price point. He has a far stronger presence than any toy deserves to have at 60.00. You'd never guess that he was by far the cheapest MP on that shelf just from looking at him. 20210511_174942.jpg

*Ravage was reprogrammed as a predacon, I'll have you know!

I'm very excited hearing that. He looks fully painted. Are all the tolerances good?

It's probably already been asked, but are there ratchets anywhere?

Yeah, he is painted in a number of places and it really makes certain spots, like his eyes, pop. The tolerances on mine are decent. There's a bit of floppyness to the legs, but just like with early FTs, I think it's a product of the diecast being too much weight for the lower torso to handle. The legs are ratcheted, but they definitely are on the cheaper side. You really can't fault the figure for much though. Aside from the partsforming, it's a better 60 dollar release than most XTB products are at 100 bucks.

Mine arrived today! It's a fantastic release! I initially thought I didn't have the cassette tape included, but found it with the hands. It's so dinky it could easily be lost. I've popped that in his back now for safe keeping. Roll on BWM05 whatever it may be.

Yeah I think they mentioned they wanted him done in 2021. I’m mainly referring on the fact we still have no clue what’s going on with that other Tarantulas.

I guess sharing development pics to build hype and not announcing who you are till the last second when the figure is ready to ship could be one way to avoid the increased crackdown on 3P products.

It is confirmed that they plan to release a TM Megatron.
There is NO word on which release is NEXT.

Hopefully we'll all find out something soon!

He really does look AMAZING. So do those eyes light up, or are they simply that perfectly painted?!?

While I was waiting, Cheetor went back on sale. I figure with all the great work TransArt is doing, and how Cheetor is like... 95% what I'd want for him, I'd get him. He's the best we are going to get for a long time.

I just wish they gave him at LEAST a more neutral face if they were only going to give him one. It just looks so weird seeing him in combat poses with this massive grin.

They are metallic red/dark pink. They are very reflective and give the illusion of lighting up at certain angles.

Mine is here. It's nice! You can see why it's cheaper than your average MP scaled figure, no real transformation, limited articulation, minimal accessories.. but I'm cool with all that. He looks fantastic in robot mode (let's face it he doesn't have an alt-mode) and poses just fine. That's all I need really.

Got him. Pretty much everything you need from a BW Ravage. A hinged wrist joint between the hand and peg could have been implemented but it’s hardly a disastrous omission.
The paint really shines. It’s got that perfect, oily, Transmetal sheen to it and the eyes are great. It never looks like he’s sleeping!

My Ravage has arrived in Vancouver! Now, I'm in Ontario, so that's still pretty far away. For you Europeans out there, it's roughly the distance between Madrid and Moscow.

But hey, at least it is the same country!

I wish the shoulder joints had been done differently so you could put Decepticon and Predacon stickers there. Right now the swivel joint is right where they would go. I suppose you could put them on the shoulder pauldrons.

I swear both of our Ravages are in the same box, I'm in the exact same place as you.
