wow, from zero to finally hero in only 4 years! :lol

okay if we only count from when they produced and released the first pair and if completing and giving us the final pair in May, making it about 6 months, gotta say that's impressive. :thumb

The sticker on the side says "4400". :lol

Like buses. You wait 15 mins then 3 come at once.

Now I'm more curious to see how long MFT will take to oversize these bad boys and slap them into a box set.

well i got my menasor in and so far everything is great. motormaster is the bomb and i really like the bot and i think he is perfection in this scale.

while menasor has a couple of things that bother me. but it is whatever i am not really going to get into it or have a sky is falling moment. i will just message my seller and i should have a replacement trailer in a couple of days.

all and all i highly recommend this squad.

it has funny than a few years back we would talk about how this was never going to drop. i was totally team F*** MS to the point where people thought i should be banned over it...tee hee o_O

but here we are now and i am one of their biggest fans and supporters. while they have almost accomplished their biggest release...go figure

Got my Motormaster in today and I am very happy. I've been following this project since the first test shots and between all the pictures, promotional videos, and reviews I didn't feel like there was anything surprising or unexpected here. That said, it's even nicer in hand than it is on a screen. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward to the final duo.

i just have an open relief on a mushroom peg that was struck wrong. so i want a replacement same with a couple of panels that had a pin put in a little too close for my preference.

like i said these are my issues and nothing that any of you should be concerned with.

both of the bots are great and i am sure everyone will be more than happy.

Got the Motormaster set in today.

    Pros:
    - I think this is the best-designed Menasor I've ever seen. Looks beautiful, pretty intuitive and quick transformation, more display options than anyone could have ever dreamed of.
    - Motormaster looks really great. Something about the proportions make me think of a muscle-builder, and I kinda dig that.

    Cons:
    - Magic Square, look, if you're going to switch away from nylon (and personally that's fine with me, I found the nylon frustrating to tab in), you have to change your tolerances. There are so many tabs on Menasor that feel really concerning. I had to apply some real force to get the shins to connect to the sides of the leg. I worry that even as I sit here and look at him, that plastic is straining against plastic. I feel like I might have to shave some of them a tiny bit. It would literally be like a few hairs' width per tab; that's all you'd need to do, Magic Square!
    - The removeable Menasor frame arms, the ones you use if you clip Dead End/Drag Strip on, actually detach way too easily for my taste. Just moving the arms around makes them loosen up.
    - As far as I can tell, Motormaster is held inside Menasor's torso with only two tabs, both on the underside of the panel that Menasor's head sits on. That kinda sucks. What's worse, the part of Motormaster that hangs off of Menasor's back like a backpack doesn't attach to the body at all, and is only connected by Motormaster's waist hinge - which is at the bottom of the backpack, so if the hinge ever loosens, that backpack will flop backwards.
    - I saw warnings that Motormaster's head is on a simple peg, but man, I didn't realize the peg itself was like half a millimeter long! Just turning the head a little can make it work itself off! There is literally no reason at all to have designed it that way instead of a ball peg!

Overall, I love this set and am extremely excited to finish it off, but this makes it all the more frustrating that Magic Square has these glaring design flaws in what is otherwise a near-perfect set.

did you actually push them together firmly after you put them in place. when i first did mine they were loose and would flop off while i was working the arm transformation.

but after that part was done. if i just gave them a nice little squeeze between my fingers. they made an audible snap and now they are rock solid and i will need my thumb nails or a spudger to break them apart.

i dont know if yours will have the same result as mine. but they arms definitely locked in on my bot.

Same with mine, came right off the first time I transformed it. After giving them both a good firm press they've been rock solid.

Ah, nice! I squeezed them together, but not to the point of a click, so maybe not hard enough. I'll check it out, thanks!

Same.. haven't got a clue why they're shipping MM so erratically. Their usual paid balance first - ship first is out the door, and it allmost looks like they receive a small batch for stock, ship it, restock small batch, ship it..
Maybe they're struggling with some backlog from the 5-day Labor Day break.
Just have to be patient, but I'll admit it, it kinda sucks.
