Im a little confused as to what this prime has that the retail version doesnt have ? Green windows ? Battle damage on the thighs ? Otherwise it looks the same to me. They should make it shiny metallic paint like the United line. Then they will get my money.

LOL at people thinking Hasbro's behind this, the listing, the box pics, it's all in Japanese,
so I think we can safely say this is a TakaraTomy venture.

And as someone living in Japan who is constantly screwed by Hasbro exclusives, and forced to pay 120-200%
of what US (and now UK) fans get to pay for all those wonderful PULSE/Fan Channel exclusives that for whatever reason
are either not imported by Takara or not allowed to be exported by Hasbro, I'm kind of hoping these aren't available on PULSE.
Turnabout is fair play. I don't think US fans realize how good they have it post brand unification, and how much it sucks living
overseas where all those Generations Selects figs that are $23-25 online in the US? We have to pay $38 at a minimum.
Including international shipping sometimes the price is literally double.

Now that I've gotten that out of my system though, I am not super interested in these two first releases,
but I am torn, since I want to support the line and support the first original initiative by Takara Tomy in years.

 

I thought the Optimus was Bumblebee Optimus. If I want the Siege one, I'll get the Nemesis Prime Netflix release. Anyways, back to sleep.
