Honey Bee and Boximus!!! These are amazing

 

I have neglected my Botbots for a bit. I’ll try to break them out more often for some quick pics. Here’s some eye candy with Handy Dandy.

 

i really like the locker and fridge...they sorta look like super-deluxe botbots

 

Those concepts are amazing... hopefully we see some of these come to light.

 

Thanks for sharing! I'd love to see them do some bigger BotBots like the locker guy  

Also kinda funny seeing the name Honey Bee there as I'm in the midst of designing a fembot who's either a female version of Bumblebee or some connection to him called Honey Bee

A lot of really good stuff, there. I love the fridge so much, and their neat little “battle mode”. We’ve got to get that guy some day as an Ultra class figure, pretty please?

I adore that Honey Bee, too. Can’t believe we didn’t end up with that one.

 

Botbot overboard!

 

The giant Botbots are pretty neat, especially with the compatibility with a pair of regular bots. Maybe a bit too ambitious with a base and storage mode, though.

Honey Bee is a little cutie, would be cool to see them get a figure at some point.

Boximus is a bit on the nose, at least for Series 1. Burgertron was a better way for including a familiar face while letting the line have its own identity.

A safe with a cigar! (can't imagine that habit would've ever made it to the final toy) And maaaaybe some kind of interaction with proto-Mr Moneybank (or even proto-Pucksie as a coin)? Not sure what that arrow is implying.

What's that note next to the sofa say? "Ottoman head..... ??????"

 

Where are you guys seeing the giant botbots?

 

They remind me of some old 1980's toys in many ways.

 

In the concept art that BB Shockwave shared yesterday

 

Well there's a type of furniature called an Ottomon so I'm assuming it's referring to one of them forming the head.

it would be funnier if it was Gears pulling them, but Huffer will have to do for now!

 

While I like better the transformation he ended up with, man it would have been awesome to have Wellread actually say "MATHS" on his cover.

...Huffer knows he transforms into a truck cab, right?

 

On the one hand I love the Metroplex vibes this guy gives off(seriously the integration of the mustard and ketchup is just silly and I love it), on the other hand I'm pretty gutted we'll never get a commander-ish scaled base former for the little Botbots to inhabit.

 

Hopefully if the vehicles actually come out and sell well it will open the doors to further experimentation with the line! Personally I’m hoping we get some sort of pirate ship type vehicle for the Sudsbeards and their crews.

Steve From Accounting is acclimatizing them for me.

 

I am wondering if Honey Bee is maybe a bee hive, or some sort of pot... not sure, but cute.

Curious that while we did get a sofa later, it did not look like this design at all.
