Apologies in advance, I am a very casual reader of the newere TF IDW comics, but I noticed there haven't been any new issues for BW, Escape, etc. I'm not going crazy right? There are delays? Is there a reason for the delays? Thx

You really arent. The overall story is boring as shit. The art is hit or miss (mostly miss) and each issue is forgetable
It's not a dumb question at all. IDW Transformers series have often been plagued with production delays.
Ok, so I'm not crazy in noticing the delays. Fair enough on the opinions of the comics (I'm apathetic at best), but I'm kinda curious about the reason for the delays I guess? Was the reason? They have different writers and artists so it can't be them. MLP/TF came out on the 28th of Apr. GI Joe RAH, Star Wars seem to have been in the recent weeks.
It happens everywhere, of course. The reality is IDW is a fairly little fish (even tho' they put out a lot of product). I'm not saying that to be dismissive; they are a small company so stuff can fall thru the cracks. Marvel and DC have delays a plenty and they are huge. The creative process and the publishing process sometimes don't quite line up.
