I was under the wrong impression that all of the transart beast wars figures were legends size. Is it some other company that is doing that?

Ahhhh I see, yes there is another company doing Legends figures, sorry, I forgot. :lol

Transform Element I believe is the company name, and so far they've done season one Rattrap, Blackarachnia, and will be releasing Scorponok soon.

A few peeps from Facebook already have him in hand.
I'm waiting on a transfer to USPS in Illinois. Hopefully I get some movement SOON!

I had a notice "arrival in destination country", but now the new update is moving from a sorting center in China so I have no idea now. It'll come when it comes I guess.

I just wish they weren't so cryptic.

Mine just says a USPS label was created... still no word if it's landed stateside or not. :/

Same. But they means it IS stateside.

the Chinese carrier gets it to the US and then a IS-based carrier takes it from there. The USPS number is generated when USPS finally gets it. That’s why some eBay tracking numbers stop updating, because they’ll provide the Chinese # and never update the auction for the US one
    (Some companies do, some don’t)

I believe you... but my info does explicitly say, "USPS AWAITING ITEM", as in the just created a label for it, and are still waiting to receive it.

Yeah. It’s a 3 step process. Whatever Chinese boating company/shipper, then to a middleman shipping company that receives and manages it from the American shipyard (SF Express and Pitney Bowes are the two big companies) then that middleman company prints a label and gives it to usps for the last leg of the trip.

Even though it’s in the US, it could still be weeks until you see it. Pitney Bowes is absolutely horrible and SF Express is ok… and usps takes a week or two, once they receive it, because this isn’t priority

this is why overseas shipping takes a while (unless you get DHL, they’re lightning fast. Japan to NY in less than 2 weeks)

I only wanted to say that it's kind of scary that the $60 dollar price tag doesn't even make people blink in thinking it could potentially be legends sized figure these days. That if someone simply didn't see the Cheetor one or wasn't following along for either of them until now, one could go "sure, why not?"

Anyway, mine's in the cue, just waiting to see when the 'Stateside' update hits. Then a week or so more, and I get my TM Ravage in hand! I've had my X9 Ravage since it came out, and I can't still can't wait to get this version. It's really one of the very rare times that I don't care that it transforms (well, not true--the fact that it can certainly completes it as a 'proper' Transformer, then I can try it or ignore it on a whim and be perfectly happy).

TE’s Scorponok was what, $45? so we’ll be hitting the $60 mark easily with the likes of Rhinox, Dinobot etc. But they’ll be more like large deluxe size figures.

Yeah--and it's just too much. These figures should be starting at around $25-$30. Engineering/parts count being some of the costs---lesser need for molds being a huge cost SAVER (IE: Size DOES matter in cost--a lot!). But people are buying, so why wouldn't they charge that much?

[edit]Anyway, I'll go back and forth on this topic forever--back to this guy, who is $60 and awesome.

Gotcha. I've usually revived a message saying the SFEx or Pitney BLOWS has is before passing it along... But I guess that is a courtesy they don't HAVE to supply.
PB held my original Studio Cell for over a month!

Oh well, no worries. He'll get to me eventually.
Hope everybody gets there's soon too!!!
