Have SS86 Grimlocks and Kingdom wave 1 voyagers and leaders started to show up in the northeastern suburbs? I know wave 2 deluxes and voyagers have been seen, but I still need to find wave 1, lol.

 

Grimlock I've seen a few times. I was at golf mill target a week or so ago and they had 6 of them. Glenview target had cyclonus last week and I've yet to see the leaders aside from Prime.

 

Netflix wave 3 is the hardest to find for me. I found one sparkless and a cheetor at new lenox walmart today and thats all i've seen.

With cheetor missing some paint on his legs, I think kingdom cheetor is better.

I hope they become easier to find. Honestly I feel like kingdom is barely hitting shelves before selling out. I don't know if thats a good or bad thing. At least product is moving.

Meanwhile all the meijers I go to still have ER sitting on pegs and no kingdom in sight.

Nothing at meijer, and the Normal Walmart is still basically the same as Wednesday (one airazor and ractonite plus a bunch of wave 3 Netflix deluxes). Bloomington Walmart has nothing

 

Golf mill walmart had Kingdom wave 2 dexlues. Grabbed the only airazor. They also had, b127, dino and ss hot rod.

 

It's crazy, I've hardly had any luck purchasing stuff on Hasbro Pulse because every time I go on there and click on various figures they are always sold out. It's strange to me that Hasbro would always be sold out of the very items they make. Do they just not produce enough to meet demand? Or would they rather not produce too much to be sitting on inventory? Better question is why do they do such a horrible job at estimating demand for their products?

 

Haven't paid too close attention, but it seems SOME of the figures listed as sold out are only sold out for a while, then become availible later. It seems like maybe they give the waves a chance to sell in the brick and motor stores, then make them availible again? Anyone back me up on that?

It's about artificial scarcity (think diamonds). The proof is in the emails: they push "back in stock" items every Fri, while giving priority to Pulse Premium members. The pitch: pay $50/yr for opportunity to pay full MSRP before everyone else has a chance. Unfortunately, if they are limiting supplies on purpose, it's creating a vicious cycle of trying to outrun the scalpers & pumping prices even higher (i.e. $23 for Netflix figures on Pulse, and $36 for Netflix BB on Walmart.com).

 

I think there's still some at peterson target, unless you want someone to pick it up for you if that's what you mean
