Alrighty, new junkion, preceptor, and stars cream with the typical 3P raiments. I HOPE there's more than the crown and cape to justify the class upgrade.

Have we seen Wreck-Gar? Thinking about it, I kinda wish the Junkions used weaponizer tech like Kup. Dedicated transformers, with removable and fully interchangeable limbs because they're all retools.

TF6 as in Bumblebee? Why not just say Bumblebee? TF6 feels like the ghost of Bayverse.

Good thing I sold my Legends one, otherwise my collection would completely suck now. Time to buy the same toy again.

 

If they can give us a Studio Series 86 Starscream after just giving us Siege and Earthrise Starscream, then bring on Studio Series 86 Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Soundwave, Ratchet, Ironhide, and Prowl.

 

Probably too much to ask for this Perceptor to actually be a working microscope...but damn, it would be cool.

 

Some collectors tend to do upgrades when a newer figure comes out. Makes the prior versions cheaper on the secondary market.
Which can be good if you're like me and missed out when they were in stores.  

 

I must say I don't get all the excitement over Perceptor. Like, the TR toy was pretty much exactly the G1 toy, but with modern articulation/proportions and of course a Titan master. So this will be that basically without a Titan Master? His G1 design is just boring, I'm sorry. I miss the days when they took the "essence" of the G1 characters and modernized them like with Reveal the Shield.

I’ll be fine if Perceptor has a “tank mode” to go along with it. But at this point, anything that’s super articulated and NOT a headmaster is fine by me. Liked the idea of RTS Perceptor but it was a fiddly mess of a figure

As do I...but there's the mainline for that possibility, so I remain hopeful for him. Definitely glad to see Percy on the list also, although I do hope he's a tall Deluxe. Also looking forward to Junkyard, but Leader Starscream can suck it! 

 

Okay, I've located your problem.

 

When ever was Galvatron blue...? He was always purple. Unless you count the Marvel Comics gray.

 

Those TF6 designs are interesting considering none of them transformed in the movie.

If that Soundwave is based on this, though... count me in. Would love to see that screaming eagle design on a Studio figure.

Bee Movie was at first considered "TF6" because Paramount and Hasbro weren't certain if it would be a reboot or not until after it had come out and done well

 

With them not having altmodes in the movie it might be a very good thing and allow hasbro to get creative. Biggest problem when it’s come to the movies and the toys is they just don’t mesh because hasbro has to figure out how to make turn designs into toys

 

That's why I'm so excited. Lots of potential here.

I'm also shocked they haven't done a Starscream repaint from Blitzwing. And vice versa.
