Not sure if this has been covered yet, but has there been any word on whether there’ll be a Stormbringer recolor?

Likewise, has there been any word on whether they’ll be doing a Stormbringer/Infiltration Megatron to go along with him? Tyrantron is great, but nothing quite scratches my itch like that original IDW Megs design.

Here a few pictures from my Instagram! These are just what I consider the best of the bunch. I know that I don’t have a whole lot of crazy stuff going on but man is he fun to mess with and pose! This is definitely one of the best releases of the year so far and I have a feeling he’ll stay up there for me.

There has been talk of a Stormbringer version , but if I remember correctly the challenge would be that it would require some new sculpts, but it certainly was not off the table.

As for Stormbringer Megatron, I believe MMC said they want to wait a few more years before visiting that design on account of not making people feel like they wasted their money on Tyranatron or having Tyranatron end up competing with a new Megatron figure bad for business.

Quite frankly I totally agree with their perspective. But if you want a Stormbringer style Megatron in the mean time why not just pick BPF oversized Siege Megatron? It’s an MMC sized Megatron (maybe .3” shorter) and looks great. Quite frankly Hasbro should have Optimus and Megatron at that size to begin with.

Saw a newsletter from TFSource advertising Pexus. Are they just now getting him in? So glad I got him from TCP two and a half months ago. Seriously, who does TFSource think they are, BBTS?

I got a new camera, so naturally I thought of Pexus as my first subject.

I love this figure but wish he had an Energon Axe for his arm.

For those that have reprolabel'd this guy, where did you put the autobot badge?

Damn, yeah that makes sense, but it is too bad because I am quite hungry for that design done in scale.

Accuracy wise, he doesn’t need any Autobot badges because he never wears them with that design. But otherwise, I’d say put it on his shoulder.

Hey Lazy! I was wondering if you could tell me what silver did the use on pexus? Mine needs some minor touch ups, and if possible, the gray used on the knees and thighs for Tarn as well, that actually rubbed off on my copy for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Pexus uses two, 877C for the primary, 8400C for some of the details. The latter is a slightly darker silver applied to the bicep and thigh discs, the ab vents, the rear knee hinges, the wheels and the small indents on the front of his thighs.

I'll assume if you have scuffs it'll be the edges on the biceps or thighs or hip skirts most likely which is all 877.

Kultur was before my time so I don't know what exact grey was used on his knees. If I had to guess though it'll be either 425C or CG11C.
