Most people have some collecting goal they'll reach where the set is complete. What are the biggest missing characters that either don't exist yet or the current options don't get the job done well enough to fill that hole. If MP's ended next year, what core characters would you prioritize existing before you can have a satisfactorily complete collection?


I need :

1. Better Cliffjumper
2. Better Blaster
3. FT Perceptor
4. New TT Seekers
5. Better Windcharger
6. Ocular Max Autobot cassettes
7. FT Acoustic Wave
8. The rest of the unfinished FT combiners
9. Better Reflector (maybe FT 2.0?)
10. MP scale Sharkticon

Those are the primary characters missing for me to feel complete enough. I could also go for plenty of other combiners and cool 86-89 characters but they're not as essential.

 

This + better Rodimus Prime.

 

An Abominus from CangToys or Ocular Max..

A proper scaled Bayverse Devastator.

 

A better Ultra Magnus that's not as puffy as the marshmallow man.

I think you pretty much nailed it. When you say unfinished combiners, do you mean just superion and Menasor, or the other unnumbered one's? I'm gonna pass on Abominus and Computron, but i could do with an MP Predaking and Skylynx (MMC would do though).

 

I’d like to see a premium version of Maketoys Visualizers. Honestly, with better colors, better paint & thinner faces, the figures would be perfect.

(Someone once showed off how they shaved off the backs of the faces, so they were more recessed. Which completely fixed the swim cap illusion.)

Silver faces, and painted/colored weird feet are a must.

I started writing a list but I stopped at about 30 names. There's still way too many characters I want before considering my collection complete.

Let's just say that I want every G1 cartoon onscreen character in the right scale, look and with good quality which means I still need about 1/2~2/3 of the characters (including the ones that need to be remade).
