Yep, I've also had to admit defeat with poking about trying to find the original, non-metallic MS Soundwave in stock anywhere - so in the unlikely event anyone in the UK or Ireland is wanting to sell theirs on, PM me   (Or if you're looking to straight swap your MS Soundwave for my NA Soundwave)

Doesn't seem to matter what size scale he appears in, Soundwave is indeed always superior

Hi, you did a really great job. Actually, I was planning to do the same on Rumble. I wasn't sure which color to use. Could you please tell me which blue and which purple color code and color name did you use? Are you using spray can from Mr. color or Tamiya or the Rust-oleum spray can from Home Depot? Also, did you spray a clear coat on top of it? Thank you

decided to go all out with the decal sheet and spent most of the day with this on my spare metallic soundwave i've not been able to sell off as of yet. this was damn hard work as i was trying meticulously to get all these tiny details on exactly right.   i'm on the fence about using the ornamental decals to cover up all the joint pins.

i also went in and added red paint missing from the record/battery light on the right leg.  

pretty much used up all the proper top half of the sheet for soundwave, and i'm assuming all the rest in the lower half is for the cassettes. but i'll be damned if i can find or figure out where all they go aside from the cassette reels, tape window, and the thrusters for laserbeak/buzzsaw.

hzj401 actually seems to have the original listed here without cassettes.

 

looks like there was only one left and it's been bought now.  

 

This version of Soundwave is by far my favorite, gave the HS to the little 1, sold my pocket toys.
I am not picking up the metallic version, do not need 3 molds of the same figure ( I tell my self everytime I look at it).

 

Just grabbed MFT Emitter to go with MS Soundwave. I think the size difference works, because in my mind Blaster should be a little bigger than Soundwave:

yeah that blaster is really good with SW. i cant wait till MS releases their updated mold and a set of minions for blaster to go right along with s'dubs squad. when that happens i will finally be able to check that box off.

 

Yeah, really hope for an updated Blaster mold or at least a reissue.. this little dude is as hard to find as black Trailbreaker.
Couple of weeks ago, there was one on Ebay, new in box. It sold for $105, if I remember correctly.

 

didnt know you were looking for one. i see them all the time on bookface. i will let you know the next time one pops up.

but for me it is a garbage mold. outside of being an MS collector it serves no real purpose now since it scales with nothing at all except for the old dx9 bot.
