Fun part is that note wasn't there when some of us ordered and now it's a mystery as to whether we're gonna have to pay for shipping too. Not happy about it at all.

Will do, honestly if you paid with Paypal and their response is not desirable, pretty sure you should be able to cancel payment with no problem as they've changed the terms of the sale after it was purchased.

 

I would love if my problem was just trying to get free shipping (instead of paying 50 USD or more for shipping as I usually pay, which makes customs tax of 60 % of the total way bigger  ).

 

Good point. That is why I always use PP. It clearly said free shipping at the time of purchase. As long as they don’t go nuts. I know shipping to the US is usually free from them, as a friend of mine here in the USA bought FT Smokey with free shipping from Bombusbee recently.

Exactly! Fanstoys are some of the most satisfying to transform. I started to do bot+alt mode for a few but space quickly became an issue. It's so easy to run out of space.

Haha, there always seems to be apprehension or worry with Heat Toy orders, but as far as I know, they always come through and everyone is usually very happy.

One thing you don't need to worry about is the packaging. Always top notch.

Sounds good thanks, I feel pretty confident about the whole order process and their website. Now Kool Toyz is a different story...the web design is so basic and there's no user account. But I've heard positive things about them regardless.

 

This is interesting data. Shows preorder quantities are a lot lower than we think.

Wouldn’t surprise me that the same 30 people that troll this forum have preorders with the handful of online retailers.
