IIRC isn't Warden a huge Joe fan? Something like he liked Transformers well enough, but he has a huge passion for Joes that goes well beyond TF's?
I watched. Not feeling it. Could be good or entertaining and I'll watch it at somepoint. My turn off is it sounds MCU Spider-Man to me, character in name only. I guess @Laser_Optimus and I are the only spoiler lovers around here. I know it's a rumor, but damn if so many leaks haven't been right on the last few years.

Yes he is. Cool to see 1 of the former designers come full circle and return to lead the brand. It’s in good hands. He’s living the Joe fan’s dream as he was a big joe fan before joining Hasbro from what I’ve heard. I get it and not surprised the former manager dipped for Amazon. I have hope since Warden was onboard when the last best stuff before Classified was released(2010-2011). Better to delegate the job to him compared to someone who worked on completely different brands(that’s how the manager from last year was described, said to be from the board game division or something).
All of this. If he’s given rein to do some things we could see the advent of a new modern age of GIJoe. I can’t say enough positive stuff about the 30th/POC era. It would be amazing to see an extension of that in 1:18 scale or 1:12.

Yeah, POC was amazing as far as updated designs go. If he can get the team to apply what he learned while working on that line to Classified I think it'll be a win for everyone.
Yeah considering I just pulled the rest I have off the shelf and intended to drop them at my LCS for $2 of store credit, I was surprised I grabbed them. They look good but my opinion hasn’t shifted though.
Absolutely. I'd rather have an unabashed fan handling the brand. Hopefully, he brings that happy medium between you old school fans and us newer fans. Better to have a bunch of happy collectors than just one side of the fence.
Hopefully a mainline release is coming in the near future. If it turns out like the mainline release of the trooper, you’ll hardly be able to tell the difference (other than the differences in the accessories).
