If you're not getting your order shipped, and it's been a reasonable amount of time for them to have done that...and they're not even bothering to respond to your tickets/messages, you might as well consider your "orders" cancelled and go and get your money back.
Yeah I'll just wait until the Wednesday, if I don't hear anything I'll open it. At least I know it's easy peasy dispute with PayPal and it'll only be barely 90 days.
Holy sheet. I just got an email from them that they are trying to process my order for Macross TV Super Parts. I placed the order a year ago (foolishly with N-Y), and they released in December. Anyways, the order is supposedly processing but may be delayed for one week due to Golden Week in Japan. Fingers crossed, but I had given up hope.
None taken . My hope is that they get their act together and become a viable import site again. But they have a lot of bridges to rebuild.
* record scratch * Wait what? Maybe there's hope yet. Still no updates on my SSPs or TV supers. Can't believe it's been almost 2 years now on those SSPs, got seriously hosed on that (my friend and I did a group buy to get 2 sets each). Nothing to do but wait and see if they ever ship them. Only other thing I have on PO now with NY is MP-52 Starscream but it's a pay later and I sure as hell won't pay it UNLESS they somehow actually ship my DX parts first. Righting past wrongs would go a long way towards redemption, but I'll never buy Macross stuff there again.
Huh maybe I should have waited before doing the paypal dispute, oh well, did get my money back easy peasy...
Hopefully you get your super parts soon. I heard that orders have moved to preparing but still no updates of shipment until now. All the best and keep us posted.
I had an order move to "processing" and sat there for 4 months and never shipped. Don't trust their status until you get a verifiable tracking number.
Yikes! Good to know. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out. Wonder what really happened that their service dropped so severely? It can’t all be covid, I mean they were kinda slow even before the virus spread. Hard to believe they’re still in business.
Yeah, I'll believe it when I have the Super Parts I ordered in my hands and not a moment sooner. Then I'm gonna nuke my account and NEVER order from them again.
For @OCProwl, @Flapjacks and many others... Just as I thought about the rumors about about a certain CEO at NY about taking company's funds for their own personal usage, this has been posted on one of the Macross Sites. Note that not all customers got this statement in their email, so like I have said in various forums: "Do your due diligence".
That's fair, but at the same time there's people like myself that have filed multiple tickets and gotten precisely zero reply and/or response. Where NY just took our money and flipped us off.
