I get it. The show is on YouTube for free. But for those two people like me that like to own stuff and add it to your library, seasons 2 and 3 are now for purchase on iTunes. They are also available on Amazon video.

Hmm, Not sure I want to pay shy of 20 a pop (with youtube right here), but those were good shows.

Hell yes! I need more Cyberverse in my life. WFC is great and all, but what I really, really want is more Cyberverse.

Can't play a DVD on my phone.
    YouTube ads are annoying.
    Netflix interface is clunky.
And the less we speak of DailyMotion, the better.
No, this news about S2&3 being available for digital is exactly the news I've been waiting for.

Youtube videos are fine, but I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would want to watch a TV show or movie on their phone...o_O . But...to each their own. I'm not a fan of Cyberverse anyway, but I would support a physical media release of a whole season/series if they ever made one.

Rid 2001 (I have the Malaysian DVD release)
Rid 15 Seasons 2&3 (waiting for a physical media release)
Rescue Bots (waiting until a physical release of whole seasons, or whole series becomes available, I'm not getting dozens of random one-off DVD's)
    Machinima TR & PotP -Same
    RB Academy-Same
    Cyberverse-Same
    Netflix WFC-Same

I'm just so thankful S!F released all of Transformers Prime on Blu Ray. It is absolutely beautiful, and deserves to look that amazing.

I've got a Chromecast. So stuff "on my phone" can be streamed to any TV that's plugged in to.

I have an Apple TV and an iPad Pro and I enjoy watching the movies and TV shows I’ve gotten off iTunes that way. I never watch movies on my phone and I don’t even know who honestly does that. It’s old man mentality if you ask me accusing people of only watching movies on their phone especially for the first time. Settle down David Lynch. No ones watching your movies to begin with.

I'm done supporting Apple, they are part of Big Brother now. Have been for a while.

I'd rather have DVD's or Blu Ray.

I heard the first season of Generation 1 was recently relisted on iTunes! Now if only Beast Wars and other TF shows would be added as well.

    This.
If you do a bit of research you’ll find that when you “own” some thing Digital you’re really only buying the rights to unlimited access of a stream.
There have been people who have purchased movies and TV shows off of digital retailers who have then had those movies or TV shows removed because they no longer carry it. iTunes being the best example. It’s actually in the terms and conditions that nobody (including me) ever reads.
There’s also people who have purchased movies or TV shows and then those were edited or censored and now you no longer have access to the original version you purchased. That is one of the reasons why physical media is so important.
If you’re not concerned about something like that then by all means, purchase a digital copy. I can’t argue about the convenience of being able to watch wherever and whenever you want but there is always that caveat of having the rug pulled out from under you.

How is the quality of RID on that DVD. Looks like it’s on eBay and it seems unofficial?

    You're right.

However, I think most of the people on here buying the digital copy are under no illusions. When something like that inevitably happens, we'll complain - and then buy it again from the next retailer. The best we can hope for is probably 5-10 years of commercial free entertainment through some convenient portable devices.

Physical media has it's own drawbacks. VHS tapes wear out, DVDs break, players become obsolete. If we are lucky, the shows we love will find a way to live on in one form or another; regardless of format.

Perhaps one day in the distant future after the fall of civilizations, the Transformers will live on only as a tale told in song and dance about giant metal gladiators that could change form and hide in plain sight.

Any yet season 1 is on netflix.
I miss having DVDs so i could keep a series for ever. None of these streaming companies will still be showing cyberverse in 20 years.
