    You can message them on Facebook or their email on which parts are cracking and they'll send you replacement parts. Which consist of the entire sections of the core bot (like the torso or legs), combiner hands, or the blue waist parts on the trailer.

    So got mine in. So far no cracks though I never put him in super mode. was very careful about it. BBTS may be slow getting things in but there shipping was rather fast. only problems on mine seem to be the core robot's crotch not wanting to stay all the way together, and one of his feet is tilting. Seeing him next to the original and bendy prime he really feels and looks like Armada Prime.

    What's that mean? You hope that TFS doesn't have first run figures? They do. Nobody has second run yet.

    I just figured they would have sent me a first run figure a long time ago since they were in reviewer's hands in February. At least the ones from tfsource

    It looks like you might have pushed the hinge too far back for robot mode from that picture, it’s meant to be at an angle facing up unlike the image.

    It was cracked like that out of the box. I wanted to take a picture of it for fans hobby. It would not show up otherwise. It would be replaced either way.

    I understand, but from what you’re saying it sounds like the hood part on your copy is able to bend that far backwards due to the crack? If so that’s really bad, neither of my 3 do that.

    So mine is cracked out of the box. Delivered Friday and just now got around to opening it. So should I contact BBTS first or Fans Hobby about this?

    And I had emailed BBTS last week about the potential of getting a defective one and brought up that reports had been going around but they assured me that this was one of the second runs, which I didn’t believe.

    Ouch. Contact FH directly for parts. Maybe you could also advise BBTS that they got the first batch and they should stop selling them...

    If you have proof that they told you it was a second run, then you need to call them out on it. That’s just wrong, I’d go to Fans Hobby first to ensure they haven’t shipped second runs out to “etailers” yet though and to ask for replacement parts.

    I just emailed them from the previous email stating that this is not a second run figure and that I’m more than willing to link to the forum here with documentation that this is an ongoing issue for a few months now.
    What’s the best way to contact FH? Through FB or is there an email posted somewhere here? Thanks I’m advanced.

    They have Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as their main source of contact from what I see with messenger being the fastest way to get a response from them but they also can be emailed through their customer support on their official website.

    If the BBTS thing is a genuine mistake on their part due to how late they are with getting stock, but if they keep telling people it’s second run when it’s shown it’s not then that needs to be dealt with really. That’s not okay, even more so on a $100+ figure!

    Yeah I emailed BBTS about that and I messaged FH through FB messenger. Guess I’ll wait and see who gets in contact first. Not sure if I want to transform the figure or leave it for now. Which blows honestly.

    fh is a better bet. they got to me in a day then spoke with me to get some information
