I really hope this guy sells well, so Newage does more stuff like this In future.

Maybe they could bring back their Ratchet mold for Shattered glass Ratchet, with some retooling so it can be used for Energon Snowcat as well  

Or maybe Ironfactory could take note and do a few as well, the IF aesthetic would work great for Unicron Trilogy designs.

 

Same. I can’t wait for this guy, and I neeeeed more SG Legends figures. Especially Decepticons... I want an SG Starscream to round out the Big 3 Decepticon trio.

NA teased an SG Prowl on Black Ironhide’s box art, but he hasn’t materialized yet. :/

 

Maybe after the EX/Toy deco we'll see an SG repaint.

I know the alt mode is still a little goofy, but I think the only reason it does is because the wings are so small.

If it was transformed like this, and had bigger wings it would look fine.

I think it looks fine as is myself either way though.

 

Just got my payment notice from Chosen for this guy today. Can't wait to see how he looks with the normal release of Darius.

Edit: Per usual, New Age's paint application is superb, however the tolerances on the ball joints connecting his arms and chest are too tight so things tend to untab when you try to move his arms.

Looks great alongside SG Soundwave... although Ironhide is now rather outnumbered!!!

 

I don't have a shattered glass collection, I just got this guy to go with my autobots, so I want to rename him and repurpose him as a different character... Got Macchio in today: (I also got Haraldr and Toy Galvatron Sat, but waiting until my EX comes in before I take pics of the rest of them)

 

  holy shiate, this thing is absolutely gorgeous! and i only just took it out of the box and haven't even transformed it yet. i think this is now my all time favourite from NA to date!

 

He looks beefy  

 

playing around configuring the alt to see how best to get it to look right. i think i prefer the "arms" spread out to be more like wings, and trying to position the feet, so they don't look so much as feet.   @Testicules Prime gave me a tip to maybe flip it upside down so the cannon is on top, which i think does works a bit better.

at the end of the exercise, i've concluded it's best to just be left in bot mode!  

 

 

Yeah the alt mode for this guy is junk.
