Legends Legion Cyberverse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ on Parade

I was really into this size class years back, since they were cheap and did a bunch of neat things the mainline wasn't doing. Of course Studio Series has (mostly) caught up now, but it's still fun to occasionally mess with these pocket-size versions.

While I much prefer the DotM update, there are some aspects of the original I like. The folding tail fins, the chest being more solid, even the cockpit transformation is conceptually pretty novel... even if it leaves a big hole in jet mode.








I wonder why they decided Long Haul deserved the re-do, over someone like Mixmaster who could've really used it.

Come to think of it, LH also got a Fast-Action Battler and a Tiny Turbo Changer. Someone at Hasbro really likes him.


I think this is the intended posture, but Rampage 2.0 does not want to stand like this.

They never did make that single-release version of Shockwave.

I redid my "86 Autobots" shelf. It's also housing my WfC Lambo lineup. Anyone who's missing from this shot, it's because I don't have them (Ratchet, Brawn, Gears, Windcharger, etc.)





My son destroyed the hood piece on my 15BB Bumblebee Camaro, but he was allowed to play with that one specifically because I knew this would eventually happen and it gives me a talking point to teach him about taking good care of toys. So it's enshrined in the Jaguar cage and MMC Ravage will join the Kingdom Caverns Brawl.





I don't care if you like Beast Wars or not (I really don't myself). Megatron (Beast) is an excellent villain! Even at $50 I'm glad I bought him despite never watching a full episode of this show.
