i'm guessing it would be harder and more expensive than getting BB exclusives, and that's been more than enough frustration as it is. don't need to add to that plate.
1. We have a new species coming up which is Australia’s national animal. So yes it’s a kangaroo! 2. The upcoming wolf will have a similar colour to Pantera. Will show it off when the actual sample is out. 3. Second wave of Chimelong safari park will consist of the grey shark (shown previously), a Darkwave repaint, a crab repaint and a macaw repaint. 4. We will be developing character arcs and background stories likely in the format of comics/shorts. 5. Your long awaited new release for May is non other than Dio 2.0! Full reveals after the labour day holidays.
Dio 2.0 looks better than anticipated, not super hot on the colors though as they seem excessive lol. I get it matches Dio 1.5 with the weapon pack thing but nixing the red and the blue could have done wonders I think.
Not really sure how I feel about the new Dio. He looks interesting, but some of the design elements are pretty difficult to enjoy. The neck would look better if it were bulkier, and those upper legs are gigantic.
Dio2.0 already looks like a kangaroo! i'm passing on this mold, it just doesn't look good at all to me.
It cracks me up how so many toys with tampograph labels prominently use the word “caution.” Almost seems like an in-joke at this point. Dio 2.0 is looking better these days, looking forward to the full reveal.
I feel like Dio 2.0's arms are a little too narrowly placed, and the proportions look kind of off. I realize that the intent of the design is to have massive legs and for the overall body profile to narrow towards the top, but something about it just seems odd. Are the shoulders ball joints? In that photo it looks like the arms just swing out directly in front of the body, but if they could swing a little out to the sides too, that might look better to me. (Although there's no "wrist" articulation, so even if the arms swung out to the sides, it would still look weird but just in a different way.)
Unfortunately Dio 2.0 traded in the “cute because the proportions are awkward” of the first Dio for “awkward because the proportions are just weird”. Dio 2.0 is an easy pass.
Do you have any idea if we'll get a ghost dog retool announced? I like the way the mold looks, but I always liked ghostdog the most
Shinobi and Helldiver are the 1.5 versions of the guy. Wouldn't be opposed to them morphing GhostDog 2.0 with a spine to create a spinosaurus-hybrid of sorts, especially given we don't have one at the moment haha
Yeah not digging the thunder thigh for 2.0. Just throws the proportions of everything else out of sync. Haha you won't get me this time 52toys.
