Figured this belonged here as well. Reversed the order for a more favorable outcome for our favorite reptile.

I totally forgot that they did Final Wars Gigan before. Maybe I blocked it out because there was no way I could afford the aftermarket prices. So glad they’re doing a reissue.

I wonder what, if any, changes this release will have? I’d sure love it if they followed him up with some other Final Wars kaiju.

I'm surprised they haven't done a Showa Gigan yet. You'd think given how much more simpler his sculpt would be and how less accessories they'd have to include, it would come out first

I would be more surprised if they released a new Showa figure. That is where a lot gaps are. Where's Anguirus? Where's Rodan? Where's Gigan? Where's Ebirah? Where's Hedorah? Where's Megalon? Where's King Caesar? Where's Jet Jaguar?

The effect parts and chain weapons.

If it was just a minor change in deco, I'd have zero interest. All those parts though... and I could have one as regular Gigan and the other in Extra Edgy! Hmm.

Excellent! I remember the first release was on clearance for a while and I never got to buying it since I was just warming to the idea of buying high end Godzilla figures. This is double the price but wth, I’m warmed up now and I’m glad they keep doing these reissues with slight differences and/or more accessories.

Don't give a damn about Gigan, but can they sell those buildings in that GvsK display? Like the big ones?

You can probably find model kit buildings to fill that role. There's gotta be companies that make model kits of skyscrapers and such.

Or, next option is to 3D print them from a filament printer to get them that big, durable, and inexpensive.
