I actually hated that stuff at the time, but you’re totally right. As years go by I appreciate the originality of stuff like that more and more. I liked those zodiac figures too. Seeing more of those would definitely be awesome. I always liked the waves of medieval spawn stuff.
I think it would be really hard now. Targets, Walmarts, Amazon's, etc wouldn't want something that's an unknown property. I guess he could just slap "Spawn" on any horror related stuff though.
Holy carp, BBTS processed and shipped my order tout de suite, and I got my new MK11 Spawn this morning and promptly replaced his cape. So.much.better. Oh, and red Mandarin Spawn showed up, too. He alright.
Awesome! How is the Battle Sister? I'm not a huge 7" collector but I've gotta admit I like the look of these 40K figures.
The articulation is quite good, even without a thigh swivel. The only issues I have are that the wrists and elbows are a little wobbly due to the weight of the weapons, and she really needs more paint.
Got my Primaris Lieutenant and Blood Angel today. Unfortunately, the BA they sent was the gray artist proof version. Dammit.
Those are usually the more expensive ones (for Space Marines) anyway, so could've been worse. Unless the painted BA availability is really bad already? Not sure.
Ha! I finally gave up and ordered MK11 Spawn from BBTS because I just will never find him (in his original colors) too.
I've never seen one in person, so I have no clue of the rarity. If I keep this one I may make it into either a Space Wolf or Black Templar just so the joints wouldn't need to be as worried about.
Supposedly some of the spawn stuff showed up in gamestop computers. Not sure if these are actually up on the site for preorder but someone leaked this to toy news international.
Yeah apparently a diff gamestop store also found Gun Slinger unlike that GS store, but still leave Raven unaccounted for.....
My target is awful. All they had were like 20 Jokers. And over in the secret Neca spot (seriously, why is it in a separate place?) that golden armor WW and some lame anime guy.
Saw Mcfarlane Bats & Red White Knight Bats, easy pass on both. Also lots of Jokers clogging the pegs in my area too.
I'm right there with you but tbt I had a Target employee explain that to me when I tried to use a coupon picking up some "collectible" figures. Legit had 2 of those and some from the toy shelf trying to get I think it was 25 off a 100 and was told those don't count bcuz they're not toys and I said they all are from the same manufacturer.....I left it all there po'ed to say the least
