You will... eventually as it's a design flaw!

Any chance they will reissue the V2? My mind can't explain the silver legs :D  Cause Prime never had them.

I think it's an inevitable problem even though they claim with the silver leg V3 that the joints are better. Personally I dont see how they made the joints better, but I am still seeing the kneecap offset towards the outside of each leg and the inner panel sitting at an angle rather than flush, which if I remember correctly is due to them removing part of the mold that secured that area so they could implement their fix for the original mp-44 knee problem. Everything looks the same at the hips too. MP-44 original or ko is one of those bots that seems to require extra TLC and adjustments from the owner to get him good enough.

They are still available so you should have no problem picking one up. If they sell out, a silver leg version could easily be painted white. Easy parts for a simple color change that wouldn't require intricate masking and stuff like that. I know some dont want to have to go through that trouble of dismantling and painting but it's an option.

Bababobo's store still has 16 of them but he marked them up to just over $150. There are multiple sellers on Aliexpress still carrying them which is where I would go to get one.

They are getting bought up! 2 days ago I had multiple listings on my watch list from Aliexpress sellers that had both the white and silver with the typical prices from just under $100 to $104 and now all the white are gone at those sellers.

    CHING CHING Toy Store has 3 @ $122.40 free shipping & Tigers Store shows 2 left @ $137.34 + $2.11 shipping

I saw some other sellers that show the white version from $112 to $114 and have just the one color of the white when you click to add to cart, but I saw writing in the description saying the silver was now in stock. Not sure if they're just mentioning it or if they got lazy and didn't update their ad when they started carrying the silver, so definitely ask first if anyone is interested otherwise its possible not to get what you think you're ordering.

wow....thanks for your info. guess I'll do some homework to check out how to fix it, so it can be fixed once it arrives.
Just thought that the issue could be fixed already since it's already an V3 update....

Hmmm, anyone got a pic of silver legs next to TE-01? Purely out of curiosity.

Don't know for sure if they're on the boards, but someone on reddit with the name u/eighties80s posted him alongside the Cel-Shaded version.

No, the original has a different issue than the KO has. See, the original has lose hips for the "automatic" hipskirts gimmick. They have to get this functional play that the KO hasn't for them to get back in place all the time. So, not an issue but more a design flaw. The KO on the other hand is over engineered as there is a connection between plastic and die-cast parts at the hip ratchet As metal is harder than plastic, the plastic part gets warped and the entire ratchet becomes a friction joint. So original is not enough thought of and KO is overengineered except they have killed the hipskirt gimmick as they don't get back to their initial position.

I know the issues on the original are different from the KO, but people have managed to come up with fixes for either so I just meant that no matter which one you buy, be prepared to have to fix something if you like to handle, transform, and play with either.
