Okay, are there any good, trustworthy sites where they currently have Bird Bot in stock? Cause at this point I feel ready to just say "f**k it, cancel my preorder at BBTS, and get one of the suckers finally shipped to me.

The TF Source figure was preordered at its original $150 price, so it’s cheaper than most places, charging like $30 more (so long as TF Source honors their listing), but it’s taking forever.

went through the same thing with RD source and Kingdom Airrazor. It hit stores like 6 weeks before it TFS got it in. I did some uneventful toy hunting, caved, and ordered on eBay. That SAME DAY Tf Source sent the “preordered item in stock” message lol

 

Hey, my bird landed today! Some issues though. One feather seems to have been glued and the broke when I moved it. (It moved as easily as the other feathers I didn't force it). Also is anyone else having trouble with the forward to back ankle joint? Mine can barely hold him up. Any idea on fixes?

 

Finally. ShowZ sent the request for payment of Ferocious. Now all I need is for Big Bird to fly his ass to TFSource so I can pay him off too and ship my stack! I'd laugh if Ferocious gets here before Firmament... No, I might cry TBH lol.

 

Sorry to hear that..i have no issues with mine..you can probably request a new wing..but jb weld should fix the broken part..no idea on the ankle

 

Looks like the feather was glued in place so if I glue the broken part back together I think I'll loose movement of the feather.
Ankles have me stumped too, makes it very hard to pose in bird mode cause the weight is shifted so far forward.

 

Hard to tell without seeing pics, but for the price of this guy and all..i would request replacement parts

 

My bird is here...they just can't deliver on lockdown. And I can't go pick him up...because we're on lockdown.

Ok, question: why can't they deliver on lockdown? With social distancing, masks and hand/package sanitizers, it should be more than safe.

I just pre-ordered it yesterday and almost missed out on that sweet $1 pre-order savings. Didn't think it would be incoming so soon. Crazy!

Didn't mean to give you false hope, I had mine from the 1st batch in January but unable to be shipped til first week of March.

He's here in the 2nd week of April, so its been a wait lol. Hope yours will be on the way soon though!

Where I live, all services other than grocers and gas stations have been suspended by the government for the past week. Post can receive incoming but not deliver or allow pick-ups.

May change soon, we'll see.

Beginning to think the bird was never real and is just a myth to sell pre-orders to suckers and all the photos were done in photoshop. It's either that or I just want my bird like a collector needs his next purchase.   

 

You're right, the bird is a lie. Those if us who claim to have received him are just part of the conspiracy.
