I am so gonna buy this figure. Not because I need it for my collection; but because I just HAVE TO HAVE IT

What a pity... MST still having the same price on their figures but the quality of the material is droping down? no way... I'm a big fan of their aesthetics.

Thanks God. Enough with the Nylon worshipers already. Its a innovative plastic that has too many negatives compared to positives. Stop ham fisting your Legends toys. There!! Solved your faux need for Nylon plastic.

^Definitely going to miss the nylon if this is the case. The 2 MS Stunticons are good but remind me more of the MFT type of plastic. They fit in looks wise just fine but it just seems like a weird choice this deep into the line.

Hey, calm down dude, relax the tone of your words. I'm just sharing an opinion, I'm not attacking at nobody...

Regular plastic like MFT is not bad if is thick enough, but in the thinner areas could be brittle. I had some issues with my MST Breakdown and Wildrider, stress marks that I never experienced in other MST figures.

Can't wait to get this guy. I've been busy working on some of his lackeys for army-builders:

Don't worry fellow collectors. Allthough Spock does have a different feel to him, he is awesome, you will like him. He's such a good display figure and playability because of the tight joints and overall toughness :thumb
My only gripe, as mentioned before, is the bad case of light piping.
MS, next time just leave out the light piping and go for colored/painted eyes.

common and show the repaints already!!!

New age already showing dark metallic purple and grey versions.

I am thinking Magic Square Grey version (if they make it that is), since that version doesnt require paint anyways maybe, and then New Age dark purple version.

Newage is stronger with repaints and they know that and many people buy more than one of their toys, for good reason. MS however expect people to buy on inpulse the first versions before anouncing decently painted stuff (seriously, their regular versions always look bland).

I am getting MS Shockwave just because design, proportion and transformation-wise he is the one I like more - NA and IF got slim and tiny feet and I love MS shockwave backpack mechanics. But really, only for that and the yet I am waiting for a repaint.

don't hold your breath. MS will hold out on giving any indication of repaints, if at all, until much later after ppl have bought up the original release.

Don't worry, I'm getting there. Next up are the Centurions and Maintenance Droids from The Key to Vector Sigma. I'm also planning on the transforming truck and cargo drones from War Dawn.
Thanks so much. I really try to get all of the details right, which sometimes is a balancing act between the variances in hand-drawn animation.
    That would be so great!
