I dig it. Would love to see a figure with this kind of aesthetic and not just a statue

I don't own any, but I can imagine people don't collect all of them or have a room dedicated to displaying things like this. I suppose it just depends on how much room you're willing to dedicate to them.

I can't speak for delivery or actually receiving the item because it's not out yet but I ordered grimlock on heroes-collectibles. Their customer service was pretty good.

These designs should be used for the movies. They are near perfect

every time I see these I think that. I find that they're still a bit overly busy, but they manage to get the "these bodies could actually really move like a living thing" balanced with the "these characters actually look like the characters they're supposed to represent" instead of shambling shards of bug-esque metal.

Given how nostalgia driven the brand has become, I'm sure the movie designs will look somewhat like these.

From a design standpoint all that guy needs fixed is the face. The voice, name, and entire movie he came from is another issue.

yeah, I'd actually rank him one of the better Bayverse designs (he's clean!), but at the same time, like most AOE/TLK bots I find his silhouette way too generically "human"

He also feels a little redundant in design since his silhouette is basically Bayverse Bumblebee without wings.

The head design is what makes it nightmare fuel, but if I'm not mistaken, this was a reworking of Lockdown's model. The designs got better as the series went on but that's not saying much. There's always going to a complexity to the live action designs just so things can move more humanlike. The Bumbler movie designs are not too far removed from these, they were just smoothed out with the larger pieces but the mechanical joints are about the same.
