I mean Kingdom Wave 3 minus the Core Class and the Titan Ark all total one week's pay (on a good work week) for me. That's Rhinox, Scorponok, Wingfinger, Galvatron, Rodimus Prime, Tracks, and Tricanius. That's 7 figures. 2 of which are also Voyager class.

 

Fully agreed there... Having to spend an arm and a leg for a figure or two that was just released less than a year ago that was supposed to be fairly common is honestly ridiculous, Amazon or no.

Hopefully some people got them that actually wanted them, instead of scalping them...

 

Saw yesterday that Ramjet & Dirge were up on Amazon for around $287. Just checked this morning and they were sold out again.

Whoever jumped onto that order, I tip my hat to you for being willing to spend that kind of money on those two.

 

Earthrise Soundwave is going for like, $80. Ridic. Either Hasbro needs to reissue some figs, or the KO companies need to get crackin'.

 

With that being said, Hasbro did say they would do another run of them and the Paradron Medics when they could, taking note of the outcry and questions during their last fanfest... However, we haven't heard a peep since then, so who knows?

 

I am hoping they will reissue the Earthrise Prowl/Ironhide set.

From what I see on Aliexpress, they are selling quite a few Conehead sets for less, but still at inflated prices. An expensive set might be worth it if its the Japan released Takara Tomy Mall Exclusive/Elusive Coneheads set that had a much higher retail cost than those Amazon Exclusive sets.

From what I see, Coneheads might be re-released in the autumn outside of Amazon by smaller retailers for those outside of the US...for example, Amazon Canada took preorders for the Conehead sets, and not a single Canadian had their orders fulfilled by Amazon Canada. The accompanying South Park episode was on last night here as well, with the famous "Unfulfilled" tune that might start to be played during Hockey Games here  

 

I thought something just happened that there is a reissue. Darn Bumping threads.

 

I imagine it takes a while to work in another run of something they hadn't been planning, and there might be an exclusivity contract with Amazon they need to wait out before other retailers can sell them. I wouldn't expect the Coneheads until this fall at the earliest if not sometime next year (ideally maybe as a 3-pack including Thrust?), and with the recent rumors of new versions of Ratchet and Ironhide coming in SS86 who knows what'll happen with those. If they really are getting new figures, I hope they at least find a way to rerelease Prowl somehow.

 

I'm really hoping they use SS86 to do another run of lots of these guys, Ironhide, Cliffjumper, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Prowl, Soundwave, any of the seekers people are having trouble getting.

 

They may Prowl. Ratchet is getting a redo in the next line due to ERs being so terrible, and I will bet Ironhide will happen as well. So I don't think that they will be done as SS.

 

Ooh, there are rumors of a Ratchet redo? I'd welcome it, since while I do want ER Ratchet and Ironhide for that representation in my collection, I'd gladly take a better figure that doesn't relegate the entire roof to a "riot shield".

 

We don't know for sure that they'll be new molds but that's what the leakers think is likely.

 

I'm curious where these rumors of redos for Ironhide/Ratchet will come from for SS86, because as far as I knew, those two were coming for the Bumblebee Movie's Cybertron scene along with Shockwave, Wheeljack, and Brawn. If this really is the case, I'd love it and get myself a Lifeline off of Ebay after the fact!

As for the coneheads, well... Here's to hoping. I already knew those two factors would come into play, but it would be nice to hear from Hasbro that they haven't forgotten about this. Who knows? Maybe once they tease the new stuff for the next line, they'll let us know about any reissues as well.

They're more recent than the Bumblebee listings (Ironhide was only just first mentioned yesterday or today, but of course if the Ratchet is going to be a new mold it'd be a safe assumption that Ironhide would be coming eventually). They've been corroborated by several reliable leakers so I have faith that they're coming, but they've been wrong about specifics before so I could see it going either way whether they're new molds or not.

 

This sucks so bad. I have a Thrust that i'm afraid of taking out of the package. For if I end up having to get a 3pack with him in it.

 

odds are there wont be a 3 pack, So far every siege/earthrise exclusive reissue is the exact same as there previous release. Going by established pattern if the coneheads are reissued it will be in the same way as there original release ramjet and dirge together, and thrust by himself.
