It's definitely different, buuuut, I do think the bot mode looks pretty good. Sucks on the QC issue.

So...I was walking over to Chad's house and stopped in the Coors Walmart and found 2 Dinos, and 1 Cybertron Bumblebee, a Kingdom Arcee, a lot of Core figures, wave 2 Headmasters, 1 Netflix Soundwave and 3-4 Netflix Optimus Primes, and R.E.D figures if anyone is looking for them. I thought about Dino, but I really need to start limiting myself on some of the goodness. I think I may be over doing it a bit with the WFC Trilogy, Netflix, Retro and SS86, and yet I still cannot find some things and have not got most of the Selects.

You know the plastic actually looked thin, almost brittle-looking. The Ferrari mode on the back of the packaging did look really good though.

 

So I've seen the comparisons to the movie screen shots that show the bottom skid in altmode, so I guess it matches.

I know not every design choice for any Transformer works for everyone. But the overall designs from the Bumblebee movie worked for me. I'm just glad that enough characters from this movie are getting enough love to have figures made.

 

Nice find! I'm willing to bet that Cyclonus is gone by now. I put in a pre-order with BBTS for him and Primal, but I want to find them in the wild if possible.

So is it more because it's Cybertronian Movie design, the skid plate, a Tetrajet in general, or just not your thing? I'm just trying to understand the dislike. I know most people were turned off by the skid plate. I might just be more forgiving since its a vast departure from the Bay-Verse designs. Ultimately I think Impossible Toys gave us the best Tetrajet design but at the cost of the robot mode. Oh well, siege will work till the next design.

This. All the way. I have a TR Galvy still in the box that I actually really like, but Kingdom Galvy is just the Bees Knees. Even if a bit on chonky side like me Hasbro knocked this one out of the park, just hope there is no QC problems with him.

And don't forget about the chosen one. Even if on the expensive side.

Now I just need to repurpose some battle masters into target masters for Cyclonus and Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime. Really this is only complaint I have for them.

I decided to pass on the Ark ( #NoRegertsYo / #NotMyArk) and now I am seriously thinking about throwing down on BZ. Is anybody else?

 

Just my   but I would have rather had more cohesive structure to the fourth wing with a gun for the studio series seeker figure, as the gappiness of that stuff makes it look more like "unused robot junk" hanging below.

 

Rio Rancho and West side always seem to have new stuff. East side is a total ghost town. Only find i had was a NECA Super Shredder at Wyoming Walmart.

I am getting in some stuff soon. Have Beast Megs and Dinobot on the way from Pulse. Also did my first orders with FEXT Hobby and TF Safari. Hopefully they show soon.
