everything ive seen of this guy in robot mode shows his ankles are limited as hell, but they tilt to basically 90 degrees in cannon mode, are people just not using their full range or are they actually limited by something in bot mode?

That being said, there is still one thing that bothers me, WHAT THE HECK ARE THOSE STUBBY LITTLE FEET?? Judging from his canon mode, it doesn't seem to affect anything so... why couldn't they make his feet longer?

I prefer the forearm, but it most likely looks better in the upper arm because the barrel is further away from the ground. I would say it depends on the pose.

I say forearm when in battle, upper arm when not in battle.
