Has anyone ever had an issue like this:

Back in early February I bought an NA Darius through them, and I never got updated when it shipped. A few days after ordering I had to move urgently from that winter storm in TX because of frozen pipes that flooded my place. I told them I needed to change to a new address but they had already shipped it to the old one. Then the shipping info came out and stood still after March 3 until I asked about it.

They sent UBI shipping info that showed delivery attempts were made to the previous address but couldn’t be forwarded to my new one. I asked Kelsi for help and she tried but said nothing can be done, and that they won’t send a replacement or refund either.

So am I really just out that money? I asked them to consider my order history as a one time consideration given the situation I was in. Surely there’s got to be some kind of insurance with their free shipping. I don’t want to have to move all my preorders to another company, but will consider it.

I'm glad to see that you spotted this story yourself because I was just about to quote it and redirect it to your attention. Just to be clear, what he's talking about when he says 'that winter storm' was a deep freeze which hit the state of Texas for several weeks and killed about 110 people. Some people were forcibly relocated while others froze to death in their homes, so I definitely hope you guys can cut him a break on this one.

hachi machi...here's just a little show of extreme patience and just being an awesome loyal customer, hehe. The below is the 3rd attempt at Showzstore sending me a package, it's still awaiting the final stretch. And though it seems like it will eventually get to me, the time it spent in limbo suggests it may arrive as a pile of scraps:
But it started with a purchase in Nov 2020:
The first shipment attempt on 01/15/21 with a result on 01/18/21 of "Shanghai, return to the proper cast"
Then a second shipment attempt on 01/27 with a result on 02/02 of "Shanghai, return to the proper cast"
Then the third shipment on 02/08 that is finally at this point:

There is of course, still the possibility this gets sent back to Showzstore again before ultimately arriving to my doorstep. Fingers crossed...fingers crossed.  

 

@ShowZStore So for Zeta BB Blitzwing there are reports of loose wings on the first batch. Have you been keeping an eye on it? Are the ones you have incoming from this potentially faulty batch?
