Groundshaker was once a very brave Autobot warrior. The experiment that made him into a Micromaster had the disturbing side effect of permanently enhancing his "fight or flight" fear response. At the least provocation he is equally likely to charge his opponent with reckless abandon or flee in abject terror. A loose cannon, the other Autobots enjoy making wagers as to how Groundshaker will react to the next battle. Turns into a tiny stealth jet.

Note: I picked this toy because Groundshaker shares a mold with Whisper in G1, and this is the mold used for SG Whisper.

Function: Bounty Hunter

Depth Charge doesn't care about anything or anyone except himself. He is well paid for his retreivall services to the Maximal Imperium. When innocents are killed during his missions, he just blames it on his target. Transforms into a loud and fast attack jet.

 

This is something a third party company can do. Recreate an articulated pretender shell that core SS can fit inside!

Definitely an original idea and I like it. Given Countdown's heroic adventuring around the galaxy and the one bit of fiction I've seen T-Wrecks in, he and the other Dinobots are in some intergalactic watering hole meeting with Devcon, I think it fits along with the colour schemes.

 

To compliment your Countdown/T-Wrecks idea, his fellow Dinobot, Dinotron as Countdown's second in command, Groundbreaker...

I think it's actually supposed to be Mainframe. I like that he turns into Teletraan 1, which is the Mainframe of the whole Ark

Shattered Glass fan idea: SG Grimstone from Universe Overkill.

"I would have proven myself worthy to you if you'd just given me a chance, but it was easier to turn your back and build your precious Grimlock."

Function: Dinocon leader.

When the Decepticon scientists started the project that would result in Grimlock, they built several other prototypes. It was believed they were all lost when the lab exploded... until Grimstone revealed himself recently.

Grimstone's nearly completed form had survived, buried in the rubble of the Decepticon lab, and like the other Dinocons he was brought before Omega Terminus and given an ember and the ability to transform.

While Grimstone feigns allegiance to the Decepticons, they are only a means to an end. He wishes to gain the loyalty of the Dinocons and use them as an army to crush Grimlock and the Dinobots, who he hates with with all his ember, for being the "superior" design.

Despite being an unused prototype for Grimlock, Grimstone is nearly identical in physical abilities. Unlike his sibling, Grimstone does not suffer from a split in personality when he changes form. Neither a brilliant intellect nor savage brute, Grimstone's strength is his patience and devotion to a cause. Once set on course nothing can deter him.

Decided to go with Blueshift, an absentminded astrophysicist. I imagine him as Dr. Erik Selvig at the beginning of Thor: The Dark World. A genius in his field, stark raving mad, but basically harmless.

And it’s not battle damage he’s covered with. It’s filth. He can’t be bothered to clean himself because he’s too busy solving the mysteries of deep space.
