Actually, I have a different gripe about the Revenge. Both accessories are identical, but I wish Hasbro molded one of them to look like the alternate model of the Revenge seen in season 4. That would have been the icing on the cake.

 

On topic, is Scorponok (and BA)'s leg strong enough to support their body? As in, not dragging their stomach in alt mode

 

Speaking as an owner of BA I can safely say yes for her.
Nobody can speak for Scorponok yet. (That we know of)

If I can offer my two cents, I think Scorponok could have some balance issues since you have his scorpion tail above his head. I'm not saying he will be unstable, but I could foresee some trouble keeping him standing still when trying to pose him since his tail is extra weight.

 

I am thinking that the Ark can open up its cockpit area and you can fit in some core figures inside.

 

I would hope so, otherwise, it would be a waste of a unique playset.
Speaking of opening hatches, I wonder if it has an alt-base mode? One can only hope...

It's got working pistons on the drop down ramp.......,apparently that one feature redeems all shortfalls...., rodimus' bullshit connection to the box has been deemed acceptable because the designer on social media showed everyone the working pistons on the boxes back door, and everybody loves it. The wing cavities are ok, because of these little pistons. Playability over accuracy

That's just for that part opens to make room for the head to move forward, as that central part is folded down the back for robot mode

I had forgot how terrible this show was. Fucking hell!

 

Nah, it's too small. Needs to be as large as an adult human or else it won't fit my sense of scale.  

 

The bee was in an environment, that didn't have dimensions, for its already in position, articulation points to be able to move or open. They were already there. When it leaves the claw and is in mid the joints of the wings are able to articulate and move away from its body. That's not a transformation. That's just a movement/articulation.

And potp alot of transformers became shit

As much as a masterpiece scaled ark would be ( and it would be AMAZING) the price hurts even thinking about it.

 

Didn't notice at first but that chain is clearly a solid piece molded to hang that one way. Not sure if I want to upgrade to actual links. I kinda like the way it plugs in disables the light piping; it's a nice touch.

No, I'm just bothered he's getting his own standard issue matrix. They couldn't trust we'd buy one of the Primes or Hot Rod?! If anything they should have packed the chain with Hot Rod and trust we'd get the guy he tore it off from.

Actually, did they ever confirm if Rodimus would have one? That would blow my mind.

 

I actually like most of the new Kingdom BW figures and so far they ARE actually "blowing up". I'm just not getting that many of them because I already have good iterations of most of the characters or am waiting for the TM and TM2 versions of them.
But Scorponok is a let-down to me so far. Maybe he'll grow on me when I see more pictures and video material of him.

 

Oh yeah. In that case, they better give one to Ultra Magnus. He had frames holding one too. How am I supposed to play the scenes of him with it if he doesn't have one?
