Of course. It's just laughable when they put on this whole "came from nothing" or "I'm just like you" act, and then display narcissism in such an obvious way.

 

Gender reveal parties are stupid and pointless. I'm reading more and more in the news these days that some are even turning tragic to where some get killed at them.

 

I hate that it's encouraged, or at least intensified, the sentiment that every single movie needs a directors cut. Even when a director has explicitly stated that they made exactly the movie they wanted to make there are still people saying "well they should make a directors cut anyway". These people seem to want a longer movie for the sake of a longer movie even when the only thing it would add to is the runtime.
Hell, maybe they should make deliberately crap "director's cuts" where the additional footage is just the characters doing the mundane, everyday things that must happen between the important stuff just to spite the Everything-Needs-a-Director's-Cut crowd.

 

I seriously don’t understand how people can keep the same profile picture for years without changing it.

 

My POV is that it's for personal identity, rather than an outfit to suit a mood or situation. Thus changing it feels like changing one's self.

Kind of a tome thing too, even with a picture that might strike your fancy, you got to take time to make it the right size and file-size, and sometimes it can be a hassle if you're busy.

Speaking only for myself, I found an image that suits me (being a former DJ/mixer), so I saw no reason to change it. It's not like you get some sort of reward, trophy points or likes for changing the photo anyway. I've had the same profile image from day 1 on this board. I thought about changing it on two different occasions, but never did.

 

Golf is really stupid. You should be allowed to find whatever way is best to get the ball in the hole. Get creative. Hitting it with a golf club is moronic.
