I like what I see in the Ark. I know some are complaining now, but I think if the play value in handling it is anything special, that will subside. I can already envision a Generations Selects Animated Omega Supreme or even Lugnut Supreme from this figure. Scorponok look really great as well, I can see further uses from his figure mold possible as well.

 

If Mainframe was Teletraan 1 the whole time does that mean he was voiced by Casey Kasem?

 

I wonder how much the ark compacts in alt mode. Space for Titans is becoming a premium (I display the constructicons and predacons as individuals now!) and the Ark is important enough to be the display mode.

 

Please don’t let Scorponok’s missiles and Cyberbee be spring loaded.... I’m sooo glad we’re out of the annoying spring loaded weapon era.

They're likely pegged accessories and his claws have 5mm ports in them.

Can anyone tell if Teletraan connects to the Ark?
Is he a Titan Master?

 

I think some people are being a bit premature when they say that Hasbro will do a Mainframe repaint of Teletraan-1. I imagine Teletraan-1 is a package deal with the Ark. I could be wrong but I don’t think any of the bonus figures for a titan have been sold separately. Hasbro probably just used Mainframe as a basis for Teletraan-1.

 

Not a Titan Master, and he doesn't connect to the Ark.

 

Probably the same way they explained RID and FOC Grimlock which was something along the lines of that Grimlock was just a popular name for T-Rex Transformers in that universe.

 

That's because it's where his bot legs go in alt mode.

I at one point carpooled with two guys with the same name as me. We survived just fine.

However, if we don’t get a Mainframe colored version of this, yes, absolutely. In my mind, this is pre-Mainframe, before his components were salvaged from the wreckage of the Ark and turned into a real Autobot who eventually became an Action Master.

Off the top of my head, Combiner Wars Leaders were the last time, the Megatron mold and the Seeker retool of T30 Jetfire.

Congrats, I see 2 that look really close to those Botcon "what could have been" sets that were shown off.

 

You don't see how that can be confusing for viewers who just finished watching Earthrise? 90's Beastwars was completely separate and never hinted or referenced the original Scorponok.

 

Those gaps on the side of the Ark, if permanent, are incredibly disappointing for titan price. 

 

Well its the chest in robot mode so not sure if the cockpit is part of teletraan or not.
