Thanks a lot everyone. Unlucky on my part I guess, 4 orders went into shipping hell. Some sat down for weeks in China and then fell into PB hands to finally arrive almost 11 weeks total. ShowZ use to take between 3 to 4 weeks and their customer service is great. I bought a ko mp44, bought again in another store since I thought it was lost after so long, but finally got to me and now have 2 .

I ordered Gigapower Swoop (Red) and it shipped on November 10, 2020. It never arrived. As in, nada. It's April 5 and it still hasn't appeared. Fortunately, they gave me a full refund. I ordered something else from them on February 25, 2021, and received it on March 23, 2021. That's the fastest I've ever received anything from them. So, I'd say shipping has improved considerably from Showz. And I appreciate their customer service!

Since I know Show-Z posts in here, I guess I'll go ahead and say this here and hopefully this will also clarify a few things.

First things first, @ShowZStore Please quit jumping the gun on posting Preorders far before you know proper details, especially in terms of Big Firebird Toy products.

You guys may not know this, but you are unintentionally contributing to misinformation in the community right now, especially when putting up preorders to figures you know very little to almost nothing about. The figures I am referring to is: EX-02 Crimson Princess and now the new Scientific Cat Girl that they recently posted photos of. Please stop this. I know you are merely do it to be ahead of the curve against your competitor dealers, but you guys are creating tons of False information, and rumors in the community which ends up all over social media.

I then have to aid Big Firebird Toy in putting out all these fires. People are STILL to this day under the assumption that BFB is making an unofficial MP Windblade figure. That just is NOT true. EX-02 Crimson Princess is in no way shape or form related to, Windblade. (that toy has been completely redesigned from the ground up) Also Big firebird Toy is NOT an unofficial 3rd Party Transformers company. The almost 2 year old renders you have under that listing need to be removed as those ARE not correct, and the information you have listed is not correct.

So please do the right thing. Pause the preorders on those 2 figures until more proper information is announced and Big firebird toy posts correct up-to-date information. Otherwise, what you are doing is posting misinformation and becoming part of the problem vs. part of the solution.

I am only trying to help you guys because I as a customer really enjoy what you guys are doing overall, and don't want to see you guys wind up in some unintentional hot water with your customers and the community you are catering to as a whole.

 

Just shopping around today, and noticed that at Show.Z FT-45 Spindrift 2.0 now had “[In Coming]” prefix in its title. Anyone know what this means? Is it in stock or do they not have it yet? I swear this prefix wasn’t there yesterday.

 

Just means the shipment is on it's way to their warehouses. You usually are able to pay it off around this time.
