Agreed. I'm not stressing Bitstream as I made a pretty good custom of him, but I absolutely love the Nacelle and Blackout decor and would jump on that. Slipstream I did an okay custom of, and I'm going to repurpose G2 Ramjet as the ER version, so I can live without her. I would bite again if they did a remold of her or a new voyager version though. I like to keep the fembot (or femcon) numbers up in honor of my little girl!

 

I going to use G2 Ramjet as my slipstream as well, maybe a new head. Until a better version comes along. The Takara mold is nice, but just too small to fit in with a Siege/ER Seeker. Also way too expensive these days.

 

This is the worst set of this line by far. Prime at least made up by adding more blue and being a cheaper alternative to the ER Leader Class. This will shelfwarm bad unless retail Primal and Rattrap end up selling out.

I actually don’t mind the blue on Primal cause looking back the red seemed a bit too much so this breaks the colors better.

 

Okay looks like I'll be keeping this pre-order, the darker colors on the Netflix version really bring out the detailing on the figure plus the colors seem more accurate to the show.

Wish there were comparisons for Rattrap too.

Any other Kingdom figures planned for Netflix revisions aside from Cheetor? I'm willing to hold off on picking up Kingdom BW releases for the better painted Netflix versions.

EDIT: Okay the Rattrap comparisons were just added and I gotta say I thing the Kingdom version may be the better of the two. I think the Netflix version is just a bit too darkly colored. I think if there was another release somewhere in-between the two it'd be perfect.

 

The shapeways head by prize inside is pretty good, but it's going to be loose so there's a little more work involved. The purple of course doesn't match but I kind of like it believe it or not. The shape of the face is pretty cool though.

 

I\'d barely even call this a repaint or variant. Grey feet and slightly different shades of blue and grey... not much to be excited about. 
Oh and coked up Rattrap.  

 

The Walmart Primal looks to have different hip joints that push the legs out from the body more.

I think I would absolutely die if there were a beast seeker combiner.

 

I think that's just the thighs being swiveled slightly outward.

 

A real missed opportunity for Hasbro to really repaint these figures.  An opportunity for Hasbro to sell even more of these figures.

 

Differences with primal seems subtle but there are quite a few. Not a game changer though...

1. Red and Blue paint has a more muted color
2. White seems to be off white / bone white
3. Feet are grey vs blue on Kingdom line
4. Hands are actually painted black with grey fingers
5. Chest piece in robot mode has a different color scheme and lacks white trim on side vents.
6. Crotch armor is casted in darker grey plastic
7. Silver accents and head & sword are now gunmetal

 

That might be the textbook definition of underwhelming.

 

I bought the sparkless Barricade so I’ll get the Sparkless seeker. But it’s crazy that Hasbro hasn’t given us from the same mold the 3 main seekers, Coneheads, Welcoming Committee, and the Rain makers.

Seekers repaint are very popular. Hasbro should do a sub-line similar to GS but with just seeker repaints - one a month. Who would imagine that we would get repaints of Redwing, g2 Ramjet, Sandstorm, or Hotlink? I really want a CHUG ER Sunstorm and Slipstream.

 

Primal set is just disappointing all around. We were waiting for the Netflix reveal and then bought the regular Kingdom one afterward. Plus, son doesn't like Rattrap anyways.

I like this Primal better, glad I waited on the mainline version.

 

I wish the Battlemasters always looked as good as Sparkless Seekers' buddies.

These guys (Singe in particular) look amazing compared Caliburst, Firedrive, Blowpipe, etc.

 

I think Shitstorm is the name that will stick for me. It seems perfect.
I also love the "Joker style" sliced grin on his face.

This is the greatest seeker name ever.

 

Even though the difference is fairly minor, I still like this Primal better than the regular one. I guess it's fortunate that Amazon inexplicably canceled the order I had for the regular Kingdom Primal awhile back. Now I can get this one instead.


I wonder, aside from this and Cheetor, are any other Kingdom Beast Wars characters scheduled to get a Netflix version?
