Yeah, I can dig that myself I find there's a touch of the Movieverse/Early-Mid IDW design aesthetic to his robot bod that doesn't quite gel with the current turn of the Generations WFC aesthetic BUT that damned head was too handsome to give up on so decapitation ensued!

Slightly disappointed that SS'86 Jazz's cheek guards are a bit too anime chunky to wedge the G1 launcher backpack on the back of his head a lá RTS Jazz but whilst in the attempt I noticed the two small tabs, and the gap between them could make a great anchor point for one of his own perhaps?
Also mightily relieved by his box art, and animation model sheet on a quick check, show that canonically his red stripe vanishes from his bonnet chest in robot mode so absolutely no need to shit myself up trying to paint one! *Phew!*
Under the circumstances I think I'm gonna abandon my plan to nab the G1-ifying sticker set, and instead have the already stickered up and door-winged RTS as my "Toy" Jazz and leave this fella as the 'Toon, just in case of sudden canopy self-destruction!
I might still be tempted by a decent non-3D printer shoulder cannon though.

I don't know if it's of any use to any of you, but I just had one of these delivered - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Interlink-...bf4b1&pd_rd_wg=TxqIT&pd_rd_i=B002PHLZJQ&psc=1 It's *just* deep enough for Mirage, so anything wider than that won't fit, but that still means a fair chunk of siege/earthrise/kingdom will fit in there.
I got mine from ebay for £35 and they seem to range from that up to £50ish and with all different names attached, but all the same thing really.
A pic with a few bots in -

Not a great picture, I'm afraid, but you get the idea.
It's definitely helping clear a bit of space up whilst still having them within fiddling-distance.

I normally am not interested in non-tf-ing figures but that is just lovely...Figma/SHF-ish articulation at half the price

Sounds like a Marvel Legends Excalibur boxset might be coming to Amazon. I’m really hoping it includes Wolfsbane.

Nothing like a 20% discount and a cheapo exclusive to tempt me into my first TF splurge since I can't remember how long.

I've been enjoying the heck out of Kingdom Cheetor and Primal enough to make me decide to go all in for the show beasts from the line. Hasbro are nailing it, especially with the face sculpts. That we're looking at 13 of the 14 first series characters getting figures is pretty amazing.

I hear you on that lockdown fatigue!

Thanks for all the messages of support, will like them in about a week!

Love arrival, I still laugh at the one before it with Galvatron looking like his toy!

Mp sky fire, consider me lubed and ready, it was quite a feat to be honest. Saying that, I doubt I'll be buying unless it's a sensible price. Guess I'll play naked twister instead, who is up for a game?

I am that Devil's child! I'm sure you will let me off since your ex jetfire is residing on my shelves and knows all your secrets, even that one, oh yes!

At almost the perfect point in time when even the possibility had entirely left my mind, and SHIT!, if real it looks real damned good!

If he sells well I wonder if a Metrotitan set might just occur after all?

The top and bottom ones are 9cm and the middle three are 11.5cm. The middle three also have holes for shelf peg things half way between each, so you could get another 3 shelves in there (though you'd have to make your own), or have some narrow and some tall shelves.

Your conjecture and speculation is brought to you by the Blueys at BargainMax being stock that was held up at warehouses and couldn’t make it to stores due to COVID. The sales window has passed and they had to be shifted. Just a guess mind you.

In other news I have a Black Repaint that ISN’T an evil clone. What’s up with that?

    image.jpg

I’m undecided on the G2 SiegeFlix one, but watch this space....

Isn't that why you bought him? He can draw the diagrams from memory and then, well, we all know how good you are at building things! :p

Suffering Christ, what a release. NEVER thought they'd do Black Zarak, figured Golden Whatshisname was our consolation prize. Titans are just far too big for me, it's always the place where collecting goes from a fun little hobby to a bit of a mental problem, but I can appreciate this one from through a screen. Can easily see him taking the spot of best Titan ever from... well, Scorponok? And if that plus Ark Jones is your lot for the size class it's a hell of a sendoff. Many absolutely seismic photos of him with Overlord to follow I hope.

EDIT: Unless it's an April thing obviously, in which case I definitely didn't believe it anyway.

I was wondering if getting the Toyhax set onto Jazz may help to strengthen his roof, almost, holding it together a bit more. I’m getting it anyway as I definitely find toon deco far too plain.

Did you see the Jazz shoulder launcher and bits that I ordered from eBay?

I’m hoping it’s ‘classic’ Excalibur as a) we haven’t had a new Shadowcat figure in forever, b) Nightcrawler has suddenly become quite expensive, and c) we’ve never had a proper Psylocke/Betsy figure at all! Hoping Widget is in there too.

Makes me want a Fury and Gatecrasher’s Technet set too though :(

I’m wondering if the leakers only really see mainline stuff and the more general selects as they were wrong about some of the Galactic Odyssey stuff and the new BW Golden Disc series that seems to be replacing it...

    Glad I bought Roritchi now!
