I know the early photos and CAD have the ring reversed from how it is in the instructions, but I can't for the life of me figure out what difference it makes. I followed the instructions when assembling my ring and had zero problems plugging the poles into the sphere. Curious if anyone else had as much trouble as you're describing -- haven't heard anyone say so, and most people seem to have gone with the instruction assembly so far.

Anyone else have their unicron not getting delivered on the day that they say you have to be home for to be delivered?

In fact, FedEx doesn't even know where mine is because it hasn't updated in the system since Wednesday despite today being the delivery day.

I'm confused, my rings look like an exact mirror of one another. The tips look identical.

It seems that they are gonna all be shipped to the distribution center in canada and THEN go to canadians who backed. Just basing on the shipping costs being reasonable. I paid less in shipping for Unicron than I did for Sky Lynx and Skorponok

You had no trouble plugging in the North Pole? That’s the part I’m talking about. Yes you can jam/force it in but if you turn it around it will line up and slide in with minimum force.

Yeah, I didn't have to jam or force either pole. Seems like it was designed to allow for either assembly.

I can't even figure out how you switch the wings to go the other direction. The connection into Unicron is keyed. Unless I got two of the same parts

It's keyed but the assembly the slot goes into the shoulder can rotate; it is how you can move Unicron's arm up while the wings stay the same direction. When you transform it back into planet mode, the wings should be 45 degree (depending on how you want your ring, Unicron's right wing should face towards you while the left should face away from you if you have the arms down). You can leave it and turn to the correct direction after everything is back into planet mode. When I did that, the rings are lateral to the equator on Unicron so I insert one and turn it to the correct position first before inserting the other and connect them.

I found the slot on top and bottom can fit both direction, so either way is correct (spikes in 1 and 7 o'clock position, or 5 and 11 o'clock position).

Ah thanks. I tried turning the ports by hand earlier and couldn't move it. I had to use the rings to twist it, and it was really hard

Look at your tracking information closely and see if there is actual activity.

When I first looked at my tracking info it said the delivery was 3/14 but it hadn't actually shipped yet. It was just giving a dummy date. Eventually it gave me a real date or 3/24 (which got pushed to 3/25). Or it could be something else like rail congestion somewhere.
